Dont see why Llorente is so unrealistic if his current wages is true. He want out of Bilbao, and there doesnt seem to be that many takers. It doesnt mather if he want 120k a week if there is no one willing to pay it, especially if there is any truth in his current wages thats rumoured to be about 40k.

If we are ready to pay Ade around 100k or so a week im sure we can come up with quite a lucrative offer to Llorente to, but i can see a team like Juve having a stronger pull.

With all the ITK on the site arriving all in a condensed time in the morning would anyone buy into the conspiracy theory that our ITK is just a rambling schizophrenic?! Whom is actually agent_ITK and each seizure prompts another update..... No? Thought not - more plausible then 9/11 being an inside job ... Oh let's not get into that.

Akqa uses the scatter gun approach to ITK and just claims "things change" etc etc when 90% of what he says is nonsense.
If he'd been born a couple of decades earlier he'd be reading tea leaves and doing the stars in the local free paper

Tea bagging more like...;)

I prefer to think of it as 'waffling.' And I am NOT Agent_ITK!

I'd take AVB any day over Harry's routine; 'he's a triffic lad, family man, puts in a good shift.'

The content of AVB's interviews and press conferences more often than not is both eloquent and erudite, hugely impressive for a man who speaks English as a second language. But his delivery, his monotonous drawl in particular, I find really, really, really boring. Whenever I listen to him speak I zone out ofter about 30 seconds and have to go and read what he said online.

Spanish TVE reports that Juve's €16 mill offer for Llorente has been deemed too low by Athletic Bilbao. They want €18 mill + 4 in bonus.

Sooooooo. That sound like they are trying to get in there before us? Things might move quick with this one now.

Bores the tits of me to listen to him tbh. I hope he's more engaging in the dressing room.

Spends more time "eeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrah"ing then actually saying discernable words.

Still, better grasp of English than our last gaffer....

Have these AVB quotes on Mouts been posted?

'"The player we want costs more [than Modric will be sold for] and we have moved on.'

I dont know anything about Juventus financial situation, but if you look on the Italian league as a whole the arent doing very good. Milan forced to ship out there biggest stars as an obvious example.

What i mean is if there ever was a top international striker available to Spurs it would be Llorente this summer, guess odds arent great, but surely lot more realistic than the Falcao, Higuain, Torres etch rumours.

Juve definitely are low balling them and Llorente it seems
Haven't all the media reports pointed towards Llorente actually wanting a lot less than our ITKs keep suggesting? Reports have said he's on £40,000 a week.
ITK said he wanted sky high wages before and reports are saying that Juve offered him €35k pw but it seems he might lower his demands now that he wants to leave
The reason behind him leaving is unknown maybe it is to do with Torres and Fabregas being picked ahead but that was because he was tired apparently

Damn, I wonder if Sahin is still attainable? He can't have been completely against coming here going by how JJ reacted and told us we could get excited.

I've never been overly fussed by his monotone nature, I always attribute it to him trying to be even-keeled when interviewed. I have no doubt around the players he's more human in the way he speaks.
