As for his knees.....he's played 36, 36, 43 and 41 total matches in the past four years. League level each year has been 30+ except last year when he did just a paltry 29. That's not what I'd call injury prone. We'd be ecstatic if Lennon had those numbers.

By the sounds of it I'm not so sure he is. It feels like Levy is mostly pursuing his own targets at the moment. We were linked with Verts, Adebayor (obviously), Sig, and Lloris before AVB was appointed.

Unless of course AVB was advising Levy before he took over...

It might have something to do with Chelsea reportedly sniffing around every single target we identify. Even the press linked Remy with them this morning.

Should we get Moutinho, Lloris and someone else in - preferably another striker - then wowsers. The high-ups will have knocked it out of the park. Losing our 3 best players in one window and possibly leaving us with better long-term prospects.
