Slim Shainy on FTL has a friend who's an agent with close links with Bilbao (he calls him Agent Ceefax for a joke). He posted this tonight about Llorente:
Just spoke to him. Llorentes move to juve is off. He has had a falling out with them and torn up his unofficial pre contract.

Apparently Lorente is a very difficult character but I didn't ask for more details on that.

Anyway agent ceefax hopes to go to Bilbao next week to see if he can revive a transfer to the premiership.

I asked him which clubs are interested, he commented that everyone knows spurs are in the market for a new striker so we have a chance

He also said arsenal is not a possible destination but he didn't say why that was

Ah see now this is where I'm ITK. It's because they're a bunch of cocks.

Financial problems, doesn't sound like they have the money to pay for new players.

Probably. In fairness to them they're still funding their stadium, which will be well worth it in the long run (even if the architects forgot to include an artificial atmosphere).

We won't get Llorente. He'll be looking for wages that would pretty much piss off every other member of our squad.

Falcao wont be sold this january, he is more likely to go in the Summer but he is likely to go Real but I think Chelsea will sign Schurrle unfortunately as he can play wing/striker

Its interesting because it seems four players that have been linked with us in the past are looking to leave Valencia, the valencia squad is in turmoil and it seems the "trouble makers" want to leave; Banega, Gago, Feghouli and Rami

Banega is a type of player we need and I did want him in the past

Also Ballague said today that 16 of the la liga teams have debts that they wont/struggle to pay and the future looks bleak for the la liga as fans are not going to games as much as before

To be fair the way European football is going there aren't too many clubs that can sign top players, Juve seem the only club able to spend in Italy and the same for PSG and Bayern, the two in spain(who have cut their spending transfer wise) and the top 3 in England(current top 3)

As a result of this good players have no choice to go to lesser leagues for the big money as even the clubs listed are not spending much

Talking about transfer targets if anybody has been watching CL footy you would know Hulk has utter dog shit in the competition and his teammates have come out and said they hate him because he is on insane wages compared to the rest but today he felt with the manager during the game and threw a fit lol after being subbed for being shit, Spalletti was like "oh no you didn't" lol. I wouldnt be surprised if he leaves lol

Also update on Malaga the players havent been paid and it seems Isco will be sold ASAP for his clause, papers are really linking him with the 2 manchester clubs. Players dont mind playing as they are behind the manager but if he leaves they will sink like a stone

This post pleases me. I'm sorry to say it, but I fucking love it when big (insane) money transfers go wrong. Fucking love it.

I blame you for rebrov then lol and talking of big money transfers going wrong a Sky germany sports worker has said that Huntelaar is likely to go Bayern and it may mean Gomez leaving

I'll be quite surprised if Llorente ends up anywhere other than Juve. Arsenal might try for him but Huntelaar more logical for them at this point I expect (I realise the age factor but they're getting desperate at this point).

Who that leaves us with as a serious option I'm not sure. Doubt we'll be buying another striker in Jan unless it's an under the radar youngster. I can live with that so long as we bring in a top class no10 and/or a top wing forward.

This guy has a very good record and got Henning Berg a week before any other person on him taking over at Blackburn

Well that would certainly be a better scenario for us as I could see Huntelaar scoring tons for Arsenal. Not quite sure why Bayern would want Huntelaar though when they have Gomez and Mandzukic who are younger and arguably better. The question then becomes, where next for Gomez?

Then again I wouldn't buy too much into the Berg thing cos I saw a number of Blackburn fans predicting that one a couple of weeks before it happened.

Stuttgart but Teola was saying Journo's were told he wanted to leave only for him to change his mind and stay and what the german pundit said was he may be going to replace Pizzaro who is 35 in the summer

Edit: Gomez has also only started 1 match this season it wouldnt be too surprising if he left

Do Stuttgart have rich owners now? I was under the impression that Gomez was on mega wages (over £125k). That in addition to the huge fee he'd naturally cost (Bayern bought him for €35m and he signed a new contract this year) would make for quite some deal.

Not doubting the overall story but I have a hard time taking that Teola too seriously as his record on this sort of stuff is generally piss poor. Tbh I think he just takes supposed itk stuff off of twitter and Liverpool boards and passes it off as rock hard info accumulated from alleged top "journo mates" of his (such as the mythical Duncan Jenkins).

True but Im just using that info to connect the dots as even Huntelaar quashed the Arsenal rumours last month but so far Gomez has been injured all season and look better without him and Pizzaro will be 35 next year so in the summer Huntelaar going to Bayern starts to look a possibility especially if they want cut back their expenditure

I wonder who AVB was watching in his 'last night in Paris......' #JM
I think although JJ has been handy in the past for ITK.

People can't take all his says as definitive

It's hard to distinguish between fact/cryptic clues/or merely just opinion/guess work... That's the problem with ITK's taking to Twitter, every update is over-analysed.

Not having a dig or anything.

Let's hope it was ITK and not just him being a fan and guessing/hoping.

Is there seriously ANYTHING left for AVB to learn about Moutinho at this point? I imagine he knows everything right down to which film he last cried at, that mortifying time aged 12 when he called his teacher 'Mum' and which side he dresses!
