Just to pick the bones of a few things been mentioned....

In the squad nobody mentions Simon Dawkins who has just signed a new one year contract with the club.

Zeke Fryers sadly I need to make this clear because there is a big illusion that the player is knocking on the door of the first team which is simply not true. Towards the end of the season McDermott,ramsey, mckenna and Sherwood discussed the possibility of releasing Fryers that is how bad he has been. It does not help that he is the highest paid youth player at the club and paid higher than the likes of townsend and Livermore. The boy is such a nice bloke but it just is not working for whatever reason.

The situation with Swindon Town is we have a coach who is good friends with big Kevin Macdonald and we also tried to sign Macdonald as a youth coach after he left Aston Villa. We are looking to loan them players as Macdonald is one of the best for nurturing youth. An unofficial feeding club if you will.

Adebayor I will happily give everyone a go on my girlfriend if he leaves....never gonna happen. I was there the day he turned up at the hotel after his unauthorised holiday (after the African cup of nations). 6.30pm Marriott hotel, W.A and he walked in the meeting room with a wry smile. The most unprofessional player I have ever come across. Sadly like Bentley we are stuck.

So a very good croatian source informed me today. I trust him 100%, he is kind of journalist in croatia with reliable contacts and he called a lot of deals of Zagreb and east europe earlier.

As it stands Jedvaj and Halilovic haven't signed a deal with Spurs, neither the teams agreed one. They are discussing a deal. With us but also with other top clubs from England. Arsenal is asking for Jedvaj only it seems. There is the idea we all know that Jedvaj should join in january 2014 and Halilovic in summer 2014, but these dates can moved back.

Transfer fee is a minimum of 7.5m€ for Jedvaj and a minimum of 12.5m€ for Halilovic. They can increase by about the half depending on appearances.

He expects that the deal will be concluded in the next days. But it is nothing done yet.

Assuming the 11 outs doesn't include Gallas, Bentley etc (if the 4-5 in doesn't include Paulinho, then surly the 11 out wouldn't include players already left) we still don't look in bad shape.

If the 11 is: Ade, Defoe, Dempsey, Hudd, Livermore, Parker, BAE, Obika, Gomes, Khumalo & either Smith or Naughton we would still have:

GK: Lloris & Friedel
DR: Walker & either Smith or Naughton
DL: Rose
DC: Verts, Kaboul, Dawson & Caulker
MC: Dembele, Paulinho, Sandro, Holtby, Sigg & Carroll
Wing/FWDR: Bale & Townsend
Wing/FWDL: Lennon & Falque
SC:

So if the 4-5 Players are at least :2 x Strikers, 1 x Winger/FWD L and a Left back, we will have 2 quality players for each position.

Add a 5th that is either a Centre Back (Preferably on Loan if we do sign Tin for next year) or a young Defensive Mid, perhaps Emre Can and we are laughing.

Wasn't Simon Dawkins on loan at villa last season? Is his new contract a way to get a fee for him?
Fryers came in with such a hoo-ha that he probably expects to be in the 1st team squad and as for ade I know several people have said today they would be happy if he stays but I am on the fence. We don't want him causing issues in the squad but WHEN he can be arsed he is a great player

Interesting to know if the 11 outs are main squad players or include the likes of luongo and hall.
The outs could refer to perms more that the groups of players. I personally think we will try to get more than 11 off the books by the end of the TW, including the released players, loans and perms.

So gallas, bostock and bentley leaves 8 more.
ITK references Ade, Defoe, Dempsey, BAE, Thudd, Parker, Livermore. Again assuming, but these are all players which I would think the club wouldn't want to loan out (maybe Livermore).

So who's the mysterious 11th? Khumalo? Naughton?

Then there's the loans, hall and luongo done. Probably see a few of the other u21s done too, Pritchard, smith (if not involved in main squad), mini bale, ceballos etc.

Lots more to do. Haven't even sold one yet.

Anyways, I'm sure we'd like to get 11 off the books. Very doubtful it happens. unless DL is willing to take a slightly lower fee in some cases to facilitate a move this summer.
