Sounds good to me just offer Roma 70 million euros for Lamela and Pjanic.
Job done!
I'd be livid if we paid that much for them - Would never happen but.

I wanna say something. I'm gonna put it out there; if you like it, you can take it, if you don't, send it right back.
We will survive without Bale!!!!!!
I think they might have jumped the gun, the dagger and the cudgel with that one.
I'd be surprised if we signed any of those three before the last week of the window.
Pot. Kettle. Black. What, one smart arse pillock thinking they know better than the rest of us smart arse pillocks and deciding to tell everyone else what they should be doing?
Yeah! That's your job, Sum!
You fight for your employment rights.
Who????
Pot. Kettle. Black.
I don't know better than anyone on here. That was the point. Nobody knows, and we're re-hashing the same conversation ad nauseum.
It got tiresom weeks ago, and gets even more tiresome when the mods have to step in.
It's counter-productive, we're all nervous about what's happening with GB, but just going round in circles with it.
Just noticed the smiley100% agree. You completely missed the irony of my post, but don't sweat it.

We are really no further forward on Bale than we were when he walked off the pitch after collecting his player of the year awards.
IF (and a big if IMO) they make a bid that is acceptable to us, then he will go. If they dont he wont. No different to any other player. Nothing has changed.
This.
I know it seems unlikely, but has anyone considered that he might actually be injured?
Before you all slag him off for refusing to play, an assumption I note the tabloids have all made in recent weeks, maybe just take a step back and ask yourself, is that necessarily what's going on here?
You don't know. Stop jumping to conclusions. This thread is going the way it has done on too many occasions this window.
Maybe he is using the 'injury' for his own agenda. It didn't stop him turning up for Wales and doing a public stint for the cameras, it didn't stop him staying and watching the game, or signing autographs for 'spanish' fans or smiling for the cameras. BUT it stopped him doing the same for us. He didn't train in front of cameras or stay for the game against Espanyol or stop his car and smile for the cameras. If he is setting different standards for different occasions what are we supposed to think?
We are further forward though. AVB is covering for him in press conferences. Bale is refusing to play. Bale stayed and watched Wales and signed autographs etc, which he hasn't done at any of our recent games. Like it or not the mood and circus surrounding Bale has changed since the last day of last season.
Just watching a re-run of the Italy-Argentina game on ESPN as Lemela was playing (bit underwhelming but only a friendly), and when he was subbed off the foreign-sounding commentator said "Lamela probably won't be going back to Roma as there are strong rumors his people are in london negotiating with Tottenham, for him, Osvaldo (on the pitch for italy) and Pjanic"! Second commentator replied "Three really good signings for Tottenham"! Commentator ITK?
might have a further update later today on the most favorite topic....
I don't see much chance of England going to the World Cup either, if I'm honest.I don't see there being much chance of him going to the world cup to be honest.
was just about to cash out my bet...think I'll wait now
