If they're looking to sell, I'd take Benzema as an Adebayor replacement.....

Benzema+Coentrao and say, a round £50m cash? (Mate's rates)

So GB is probably leaving. It's only been a matter of time since we saw him tear Maicon a new one - that was my second thought after celebrating that goal. The thing is with football, is that it's just a big food chain. For the record, I think that since Enic took over, we have moved up that food chain year on year. Here we are being able to buy six top, top players. Hopefully we will be another step towards the top of chain by this time next year! COYS

I don't see how Bale could possible have a better season for us this year than he did last season.

With better players around him, and playing centrally all season, he could continue what he has done. And follow CRs career trajectory by scoring 30 league goals.

Then we would all sit hear saying, thank fuck we didn't sell him.

Lets not be liverpool fans about this and pretend he isnt actually that good.

That is my point, we are not being Liverpool Fans and over-egging the pudding

I, along with others have never said that he is not that good. He is Very (OK, Very Very) Good!!

But one Swallow does not make a Summer, and one phenomenal season does not make him Top 3, Top 5 maybe not even Top 10.

Next season he could begin to reach those heights, but not today.

Think you would be hard pushed to find any spurs fan that would willingly sell Bale.
But i think we found the last person to come to terms with it . ;)

Whilst this is funny...at WHL it will be very different if we start like last season at home.

Whatever the explanation, its not acceptable to sell your best player year after year after consistently saying you do not wish to sell your best players.

Carrick, Berba, Modric, Bale,
Could have won the league by now....
Ever considered anger management? Just saying... ;)

This is a crisis. A large crisis. In fact, if you got a moment, it's a twelve-storey crisis with a magnificent entrance hall, carpeting throughout, 24-hour portage, and an enormous sign on the roof, saying 'This Is a Large Crisis'.

I agree and it's all Bale's agent's fault. He twists and turns like a twisty, turny thing.
