That risk is the 1/1000 chance he gets a career ending injury.

If that risk gives us a much better chance of CL football, meaning 40 mil, plus bale sold next year for same dough, plus naming rights for new stadium,. Its a risk worth taking.

In the current climate, no one is going to spunk 200 mil on a stadium for team playing on ITV 4.

Seriously if someone had told me we would sell Bale but sign these 3 with the money I would have said they were crazy. I love Bale but I would take those 3 over Bale anytime. An injury to Bale and we were screwed last season, an injury to one star this season does not affect our quality too much.

My thoughts too. We have been linked with Lamela for some time now, so why would this one be so hard to believe if it wasnt on top of what we allready have, including Bale?

Maybe we've reached agreement with RM, either for summer 2014, or we strike a deal now and keep Bale on loan this season?

If we get Lamela and Willian would be crazy, I'd be tempted to put them either side of Dembele (who is in the hole in a purely attacking role with little to no defensive duties) I reckon he'd shine.

It's all set up for tomorrow to be announced. Bale is announced early morning, let that sink and press run with it then we hit then with a huge double signing of Erik and Willian.
