I hope Spurs are going to give me lots of loyalty points for watching these games. I miss the days when I was genuinely excited about playing in Europe and travelled all over to see the games.

Not sure how this is a nightmare draw...Anzhi would have been the strongest team in their pot if they hadn't just sold all their good players, but now they shouldn't be a big problem. The only recognised players they have left are Traore, Jucilei and Gabulov. Fuck knows how good the Moldovans are, but frankly if we are worried about a team from the third pot when we're probably the best team in the tournament, then we have bigger problems than the nature of the draw. The travelling shouldn't be an issue, that's the beauty of suddenly having decent players beyond our first eleven.

As much as people may think these games will get in the way.

On a positive note I think these games will be excellent for gelling this new squad together, very beneficial and great preparation for mid week games in the champions league next year
