Not to have a go mate, but if you knew that before, than why in the hell did you guys post ITK through the GOAT late last night that we were going for a 45 million pound signing?
A difference of opinion, sure, but here's a fact: You make our fan base look terrible. the beauty of this club is that we are NOT Chelsea, and we are NOT Manchester City, and we are NOT PSG, or Monaco, or Anzi, or any other club whose sole identity comes from the pocket of a two-bit billionaire gangster.
As you know, the matches are played not on paper, but in real life. In real life, we've concluded out business before the transfer deadline, with what anyone thinking straight would call this our most ambitious, forward-moving transfer window in the club's recent history, and possibly ever. If the signing we've secured play to their potential, we will be as strong as we've been since 1961.
I hope you come to your senses. If not, you could head to south London.

I'm going to say this calmly...need to calm down.
Yes, we need another CB because Dawson is not good enough and kaboul is recovering. We need 4 GOOD CBs this season to cover all comps and injuries. Dawson is a great guy but not a great defender...not even a very good one. You can't be if you don't know how to play a line and make so many rash tackles and general errors. It's impossible.
He's been a loyal and faithful yiddo and we all love him for his commitment, but he need to be sold asap.
Club first every single time.
Would rather a dedicated 4th CB than use capoue there ad hoc.

Chadli and Townsend back ups and Lennon as additional cover for both wings I suppose. Dembele and Capoue as cover for midfield. Fryers Naughton Chariches and Dawson as defensive cover....
Oh well, Holtby will have to make sure he drops back if Paulinho and Sandro are to cope with covering the midfield, because I can't see Lamela or Eriksen doing much defending, but I think he will.
And these four have hardly played this season and should be great when they do. We should look very good this season, but need to avoid injuries to our full backs and rotate whenever it's safe to do so.
