Awesome goals just saved our season. 2nd half was exciting stuff. Still a shite performance though

Verts being carried off!!!
He can't put weight on that foot anymore...that must be a huge worry for AVB.

important win, let's enjoy it as it's been the first in the PL for a while - but also let's not kid ourselves ....

Dear lord, please can we just enjoy the win for at least a few hours, then the anti-AVB brigade can crack on...but fuck me let's just enjoy the 3 points picked up tonight!

Lloris was magnificent. IMO We on the whole were average again . It breaks my heart to see this side so "square ball". But a wins a win and three points was vital. Cheers comrades!

Phew...two main conclusions??

1) AVB is a very lucky boy. Lives to fight another day but its getting very worrying now.

2) Some of our fans are scum who'd rather we lose (and even lose worse than we already were) to prove their 'point' and they should be ignored in any kind of constructive conversation.

Some of you should feel ashamed. It's embarrassing to read when there's still half hour left. And I'm not talking about the comments on the style of football, I'm talking about 'I hope Fulham score', 'Holtby's shit' etc. How long does it take people to realise when you spout shit during a game, it can always come back and make you look like a complete ****.

Great result, not the best of performances though. It took 2 wonder strikes but at least we dug in.

It's strange because we won but I feel we actually need a positive reaction against Sunderland. Our football needs to be a lot better.

Holtby's goal was Bale's like :D Reminded me a bit of the one away to West Brom last season.

It certainly would be difficult for levy to ignore thats for sure it's not acceptable the defeats and lack of goals.
I can't see this was in the script for this season we are just getting more and more off the pace with each passing game.
Looks like avb and his spat with the journos may come back to haunt him you can almost hear the sound of the pencil sharpeners in unison.

Luckily we won chap, so thankfully AVB is safe for another game! Right now even though we weren't that great, I'm just happy we won!
