2 shocking decisions by the linesman doesn't paper over the horrific performance by the majority of the players.
Yes the disallowed goal should have stood but if it wasn't for Hugo and a clearance off the line, City would have already been 3 up.

I'm not trying to defend the kid but one change wouldn have made little difference, we needed about 8 changes.

Lennon and Sigurdsson were very poor and I am terrified of Chiriches at centre back, he just isn't a good enough defender for our level. I am stunned we didn't take the money for sigurdsson. Apart from a decent shot, I don't really see what he brings to the side.

To start blaming the ref is clutching at straws. They were totally dominant in the first half an hour. We were lucky to still be in it.
The sending off was harsh but surely questions need to be asked why Dzeko was free goal side of Rose in the first place?
You get what you deserve in football, and the score line reflected the match IMO.

All set to go to the game from work at 6 today when my misses phones up saying she's ill and so is our boy, so have watched it from home tonight! No time even to rip someone off on stubhub either (joke!)!
Oh well, our goal difference was shit anyway so it doesnt make much of a difference. I've already moved on from this and glad we won't have to play them again this season, they are the best team in the league by a mile.

why do liverpool deserve 4th?
We are only 3points off them, and Utd will inevitably close the gap too. We havent got to play either City or Utd again this season.
