If we do make the champions league this season we'll surely do so with the worst goal difference of any entrant ever

To all those so-called "sad PC bandwagon" :ROFLMAO: SCers who made me feel a bit better about tonight, thank you for being so nice.

I always look for the positive...

all right everyone, let's not freak out too much,.... honestly, how many of you expected Spurs to win tonight? Lost to premier league powerhouse and fielded an injury depleted 11.

paulinho, sando, townsend, and vertonghen soon to be back -- 3 points next time out (y)

That's been obvious since he debuted for us. Great protege for Dim to groom but not in games where the opposition are of our quality or higher

I agree, If you are gonna play the young lad, Then you need to offer him better help than he had tonight. Wont heap too much crap at his door, The lad has a lot of potential but you can ruin players by putting them in games like this. Dim clearly has bigger balls than brains.

Here we go, load of fans thinking we should have been better.

You're looking at the best in the world now folks.
If it was Madrid or Barcelona or Bayern Munich that did that you'd not be so bothered.

Imo City will destroy all of those with ease.

Unbeaten in last 20, won 18 of those scoring tons. They play Barca and Chelsea twice in february, that'll be test to see wether they're as strong as they seem.

To start blaming the ref is clutching at straws. They were totally dominant in the first half an hour. We were lucky to still be in it.

The sending off was harsh but surely questions need to be asked why Dzeko was free goal side of Rose in the first place?

You get what you deserve in football, and the score line reflected the match IMO.

Oi, no room for your common sense here mate. This is the match thread don't you know...

Arsenal lost 8-2 not that long time ago and managed to get top 4. We can still get it, it will be hard because Liverpool look very dangerous, but I'd like to see them with 4-5 big injuries. You never know, Suarez could do something stupid and get some big ban. Or Lloris and Walker could end up injured until the end of season and we'll be totally fucked. Nothing is over yet.

We were just as bad in the first 30 mins against Palace. The only difference is City can finish. We would have grown back in to that game if it wasn't for the referee fucking us over completely
