Oh behave, that's a pathetic way to set up a midfield and it's not the first time he's done it either.

Again seriously have you watched the other 2 games against West Ham this season....what difference did tactics or different personnel get us?

Come on big boy...lets hear your answer!!!!!!!

It'll always be the players under performing, or making errors. Well who's responsible for picking those players, motivating them, and organising them, off the back of what he see's Monday to Friday in training???
Thoroughly depressing season. So much talent available in our squad, proven international performers, but our management seem incapable of getting them to function as a unit with any hint of a tactical system, and even less capable of accepting any responsibility for not managing that.
Sherwood strikes me as nothing more than a wide boy happy to create and believe his own hype, talked his way into the job, and kept on talking himself up since he's been there. Just seems to throw 11 players out there with no tactics, just "go and play"...

Genuine question but what part was you enjoying before the sending off?

We did actually put together one really good move in the first half, good touches and awareness from Kane and Eriksen until Adebayor tickled the ball at the keeper. That was about it.

How sad that you only name two players we must keep! Is it any wonder we have been shite.
Most clubs worldwide would be lucky to have two top players. We have them in Eriksen and Lloris. Under a better head coach/manager the other players could perform better. There was one moment between Eriksen and Lennon which featured a nice one-two. We have been shite, because for whatever reason our defence has been leaky as shit. One clean sheet since Cardiff at home. Plus, we don't start a designated DM in Sandro (or Capoue when fit). That lets the opposition get at our back line with relative ease. That's the fault of the manager. As for today, the majority was played away from home with 10 men against a team who do nothing but pump the ball in the box to a man that was winning everything. Our poor passing didn't help either, constantly giving the ball back and inviting further pressure.

I'd last about 15 minutes before bludgeoning Sherwood with a training cone.
Do Les too and you'll be in charge...We'll be ground breaking...the first team with a Woman in charge and then six weeks later we'll break even more ground when we become the first team to fire a female head coach

Does Timmie take everyone training in Red swimsuits on sand?

Because it looks like most of them would struggle to run past Pammy Anderson doing a slow mo run to "i'll be there" on Baywatch.

Can't work out if some of them are slow, timid, lazy, not bothered, or cowards.

And some of them could tick all the above. (players Tim can take with him to Norwich or wherever this world class manager ends up)

We is us...:(

It's just boggling. I have all the tactical awareness of your average tupperware container but even I could see the issues with that starting team.
Insane to think that our manager said that the reason townsend hasn't been seen since coming back from his injury was because Eriksen and Lennon have been great and undroppable!

What the fuck has lennon got on our managers that makes him undroppable FFS! :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

Although it was a red, that red allowed West Ham to up the pressure. Scoring from the corner straight after helped them massively, especially as it was a lucky (or unlucky from our view) flick from Kane. Had it been 11 vs 11 we could easily have put Adrian under pressure as he was not confident whatsoever.

Hugo Lloris deserves a much better and tighter defence in front of him. Top, top keeper. Make him captain from next season. Eriksen got into the game as it went on and did his best to do things, even if the final ball was severely lacking. We MUST keep those two if we want to compete next year.

I would be highly surprised if Lloris was still here next season. The guy's good enough to be playing for a top CL team not some rebuilding club with potentially no European football.

As a matter of honour, Sherwood should now step down in the interest of the club and the team. That would earn my respect, albeit a little.

Surely Tim should be in the dressing room with the players or talking to the media, not posting on SC right now...

I was going to give Paulinho next season, but that performance was as bad as it gets. Soft touch.

Rose, Dawson, Kaboul, Siggy, Lennon, Townsend, Paulinho and Adebayor can all go.

Fed up.

Agree with the above, but I think we should give paulinho Atleast one more season with a new manager. There is something not right with him. He looks class when he plays for Brazil. I bet if he goes too Chelsea he will come good

Eriksen was the only one who showed today everytime always wanting the ball and trying to drive us on the kid is special and for me a highlight in a shit season

He is right though, maybe Walker as well. The other first teamers I do not give a shit about. Decent players but nothing special. Much of a muchness really and no-one who is a real Spurs man like King or Mabbutt. I really do not get those posters who are worried about the squad being dismantled; we have enough players that we can let a fair few go without losing continuity.

Otherwise the only players I care about keeping are youngsters like Lamela, Bentaleb, Kane and Pritchard who might just turn out to be something.

A few others like Chadli, Holtby, Townsend and Chiriches still have time on their side, but I am not convinced.
