my gran could have put out a better team and strategy today....that's the worrying thing

cause she's dead the poor old dear :depressed:

Thats both AVB and Sherwood who couldn't get the tactics right or pick 11 decent players from our squad to beat a bunch of wankers from West Ham.

He is right though, maybe Walker as well. The other first teamers I do not give a shit about. Decent players but nothing special. Much of a muchness really and no-one who is a real Spurs man like King or Mabbutt. I really do not get those posters who are worried about the squad being dismantled; we have enough players that we can let a fair few go without losing continuity.

Otherwise the only players I care about keeping are youngsters like Lamela, Bentaleb, Kane and Pritchard who might just turn out to be something.

A few others like Chadli, Holtby, Townsend and Chiriches still have time on their side, but I am not convinced.

especially as we wont have as many games next season if we finish 7th, maybe just hold a garage sale, and see how many of them we can shift.

We is us...:(

It's just boggling. I have all the tactical awareness of your average tupperware container but even I could see the issues with that starting team.

That's why I abandoned Tupperware for Rubber Maid. Much greater tactical savvy.

I wouldn't be opposed to keeping the 7 we signed, one season under their belts and (hopefully) the right man can help them along, bringing the best out of them in their best positions.

Yep. It would be good to see how Kane and Pritchard get on next season. I am particularly keen to see Lamela with a pre-season behind him. Not everything is doom and gloom. Or, at least, it doesn't have to be. Misery in the end is tedious, exhausting and plain unhealthy!

There
Oh, that's alright then Tim. As long as they are now aware that, when you're in the wall, your job is to BLOCK the fucker!

You fucking cretin.

Its really fucking poor when professional players need to be told to be prepared to take a hit for the team.

The sending off will be lame duck Tim's excuse. Not his inept team selection, his out of date formation, his schoolboy tactics or his dysfunctional management.
Six months as head coach of this great club (plus years with our development squad) and he thinks Paulinho and Sigurdsson should play in a midfield 2 playing 442 away to West Ham. Staggering. Utterly clueless. Embarrassing. Shameful.
If that was our team for all this season with Tim as manager I honestly dread to think where we'd end up.
The fans at White Hart Lane next week have to speak for the ones not there. To let Levy know how pissed off we are of this season and that this clown of a manager has to be kicked out as soon as the final whistle blows.
What a f***in shambles we are. I want this whole season erased from memory...
