We're forever playing long balls
Longs balls in the air
It flies so high, in the sky
We'll put you to sleep and that's no lie

Although it was a red, that red allowed West Ham to up the pressure. Scoring from the corner straight after helped them massively, especially as it was a lucky (or unlucky from our view) flick from Kane. Had it been 11 vs 11 we could easily have put Adrian under pressure as he was not confident whatsoever.

Hugo Lloris deserves a much better and tighter defence in front of him. Top, top keeper. Make him captain from next season. Eriksen got into the game as it went on and did his best to do things, even if the final ball was severely lacking. We MUST keep those two if we want to compete next year.

To be fair he was woeful in everything he did in that first half vs. WBA. That goal was only one part of it. He's been better today since coming on, albeit West Ham have sat back for the last 20 mins.
Defenders normally are terrible after a long lay off, especially young ones

They need a couple of games to get up to speed and so was the rest of the defence

Fryers was better but it did help WBA didnt attack all game

I'd make danny rose manager but only as long as he promises to hang up his boots and stay away from the pitch

I was going to give Paulinho next season, but that performance was as bad as it gets. Soft touch.

Rose, Dawson, Kaboul, Siggy, Lennon, Townsend, Paulinho and Adebayor can all go.

Fed up.

How sad that you only name two players we must keep! Is it any wonder we have been shite.

Better? or better suited to counter Wet Spam knocking balls into the box, like say another CM. This was about as tactically inept as it can get because you know how Spam will set up even before the team sheet is out.

Sorry this bunch have been beat 3 times by West Ham this season and I haven't checked but I would be really surprised if we used the same starting 11 in all games.

I was enjoying the game before the sending offs. 10 men away was always going to be a ask, but a few players have succeeded in making me even less bothered whether they stay or go.

Mistake taking off Kane and leaving on Adebayor, who has been a bit wank since coming back from injury. As has Sandro for a long time now, so not convinced that starting him was the no-brainer that some on here seemed to think.

Genuine question but what part was you enjoying before the sending off?

Right okay...

I am going to be pro Sherwood for today as I think I need to be balanced in my posting... No seriously, I am not joking.

Now give me about 2 years to find something remotely useful to defend him with and I will be back defending him to the last.
