And in this case as i understand it the Club itself does not have to pay, the owner can pay it himself if he wishesNo as Im aware that is the fine is CL money held back but that could change depending on situation in the next week. Worth remembering that this has nothing to do with UEFA now, its ex lawyers and judges and accountants handing out punishments.
Given that the owner of City is worth approx 300 to 500 Billion, 50M to him is not that much, and it is kept off City's balance sheet so will not effect future FFP performance (assuming the Sheik does indeed decide to pay it himself).
