Does sound like it will be Poch now. If that is the case them I will back him but I really feel that we should be/have been looking to bring in FDB as we won't have another chance to get him

Why would we approach FDB in January and then approach Ajax last month to ask about his availability. If we're not interested in signing him. Surely we wouldn't approach twice and not give him an interview! Keeping Vert and Erisken at the club long term is essential. FDB would defo be respected by the players and is already number 1 choice of the fans. Would DL really take ANOTHER risk and appoint Poch? If we get off to a bad start next season the pressure will be on and the fans will be blaming DL for appointing Poch.

How on earth is FDB less of a risk than Pochettino? The latter has already proved that his methods/style of play/coaching work very well in this League.

FDB makes me a lot more confident about keeping our best players

But its not just about that and whilst it might help with someone like Vertonghen - if Barca came in for him I doubt it would stop him wanting to leave.

So you're saying we have approached FDB inspite of the recent club statement ?

The former has won 5 trophies in 4 years

At the biggest Club in Holland. I'm not being facetious, its an excellent achievement and I know he's lost some of his best players but it still requires perspective.

You could view both as risky when weighing everything up but I don't see how anyone can present he's less of a risk given he's never even managed here.

Are de Boer and Bergkamp a team?

Because I don't want that gooner **** near our club.

Can De Boer work without Denis?

He can but wouldn't you rather see how it crushes the Goons? I can see a Cockerel being spray painted on his statue on a weekly basis

if he is good for the club i really dont care who hes played for before

You say that

But a lot of our support couldn't even deal with Sherwood supposed boyhood support.

Why bother there are hundreds of options out there without having to drag in a gooner legend.
