Believe @spurs9 stated earlier (either here or somewhere else) that Lascelles just returned to training yesterday after a knee issue. Him being left out isn't much of a surprise. Musacchio is definitely interesting given his importance to the side. I'm not really sure what to make of Schneiderlin at this point.

In fact, Kompany probably made more errors. I've got family who are City fans, and although they weren't too happy at the start they were very happy by the end of the season.

Press banding about £20m for fee, but I am not sure it will be that much. Might be with bonuses taken into account.

Not saying I agree but when the management team assess who can do a job for them, the squad needs overall, the budgets and who else they're bringing in the fact that one player has a higher market value than the other comes in to play

Eesh. £20m for Lovren seems like a bargain compared to £20m for Mussachio. Hope its performance based add ons that could end up with a £20m fee.

Considering JJ was hinting at Moustachio three weeks ago and the fact that he said things may be further along than we think, perhaps something good is brewing imminently. :)

I think that's what we're all hopeful for. JJ doesn't get too overly excited unless things are looking really promising/nearing being finalized.

Capoue out would be weird on pre-season form.
