Who the hell knows if he wrong or right......it's why this subject is so silly, because people on here have no real idea.....
You can say that about any subject, people use media/internet to get insight into what's going on, if you're going to discredit all of that, then most of the threads should be shut down, leaving only the match day thread.

If they bring forward factual evidence to support their arguments then it does.

You could find 'the' definitive evidence that Danny boy is indeed the total numpty you believe him to be. It would still change absolutely nothing 'because he's da boss' Mullers.

Channel your obvious tenacious talent into something more worthy, say an allotment?

Copy and paste.
You can say that about almost any news subject, like the Tory government, for example. We are here to vent, discuss browse etc, that's what forums are for.

As for the allotment it's a good idea, I'll take Danny boy down there, so he can grow a pair. ;)

He's good on the finances but not so good on the footballing side of things. We're a football club. Somebody needs to take his firing managers obsession away too, perhaps he's finally learnt that achieves nothing except constant transition. To summarise "could do better". However in his defence sometimes "the devil you know is better than the devil you don't". Think statements about how we could have been a Leeds or something without him are just plain silly though.

Levy is a legend. Can this summer (new contracts, good signings, NFL deal, new stadium etc) get any better?

You cant ever accuse the guy of wasting money or not getting the best deals in the business's interest. The NFL deal and the stadium will be his legacies. It remains to be seen if the off field success is matched on the football pitch in the coming seasons. However, my take is that they are now seriously investing in talent and clearing out dead wood in order to be in the CL by time they move into the new stadium.

Days like this are why people shouldn't write off Levy before they see more of what he is plotting. He's kept us relatively competitive whilst developing a world class training facility and a youth squad that rivals the best around and can help keep us stocked whilst we have heavy investment going into the new stadium. At the same time he's managed to get the money machine nfl to chip into the stadium and make us a focus for future NFL games without it affecting our playing surface. It's been played extremely well by levy and he whilst playing this long game may keep us from competing in the short term, it's really the only way for us to compete moving forwards.

Yes much better, we can win more than one trophy in 15 years.
Legend? when he takes 7 years to install a proper scouting network and we end up breaking our wage structure for a problem player we can't give away and waste the best part of a 100 million, but hey lets just gloss over because he signed a NFL deal.

How are the youth going to get through, when our transfer policy doesn't bear that in mind? We have 5 CB's not including Kaboul and Chirches blocking the way of the youth coming through.

How do you conclude that we've wasted the best part of £100m? Do all 7 players have no resale value? I would guess that Chadli and Eriksen's have gone up, Soldado's cost is nearer £13m than £26m and the others will be sold at a small lost with Lamela to be retained.
