By all accounts N'Jie was on an upward trajectory in the latter half of last season. Even their coach admitted this and says he had great potential.

We may have just bought him at the right time. If not it's a pacey option with a knack for goals and assists, so will have uses.

Nobody is asking you too. But how about not writing him off either?

We have a new scouting setup, why not give them the benefit of the doubt for now and see how the signings go?

How am I writing him off? Of course I want him to succeed and be the new Thiery Henry. I'm just taking a pragmatic approach and wish we would sign established experienced players that will strengthen the first XI.

Would love that. But ain't getting my hopes up.

If he was able to produce and replicate the same form over here we wouldn't make a better signing, he'd be that good for us I reckon.
The bold is exactly the reason I think it won't happen. Too good to be true syndrome.

It says something that I keep thinking all the sensible people on this site are talking to themselves (it turns out it's blocked mentalists providing the 'banter') and Arsenal fans are the most hyperactive/militant currently on the internet.

Wish WUMs would find a hobby... Or a cliff...

Dzeko has hardly been anything better than average in his time at City. He could never perform when he was leading the line, his only goals were as a sub and remember, he was playing in the strongest attack in England for the last 3-4 years.

lol.

It doesn't matter who I would have put down. As I said don't take it personally. I've just been on this ride a few times before.

This site is so schizophrenic.
In one thread you have Levy's just needs to pay the asking price and stop playing games. Then when you move on to the next thread its, Levy's an idiot for spending so much money. It does my head in every time. There's just no winning.
