This stretch will not end if we continue playing these embarrassing AM3's entirely devoid of any pace whatsoever. To hell with assimilation, get N'Jie or Son out there, and inject some fucking ability to get into the final third before the opposition are allowed to organize, sit back, and stuff us out.
Whilst it will help, we did more than enough to win the game.

The difference was Tim Howard, that's all.

Awful finishing, very little movement on or off the ball, zero composure in key areas, repeated 'Office' style meetings in the centre and a stupid ref.

Tottenham 0 vs 0 Everton
There were some good runs made, we just weren't picking them out. There were a few times I would watch Kane, Chadli, Alli or Pritchard make nice runs into space, only to recycle them because they weren't picked out.

Anyone got any ITK on Walker out? Please?
How is this disaster still first choice with Trippier on the bench?
I hope the Spurs social media team posts daily training footage of our players practising shots next week, hopeless display.

We look solid as a unit and we all know that the attacking element isn't going to be fixed until after deadline day. Season basically will get going in October.

It's a shame but we needed to overhaul the squad.

We were always going to look a bit meh at the start of this season.

Dele Alli looks a player.

Dier's head is really large.

Most frustrating game I've watched in a long time. You can say 'good performance' 'unlucky' 'there's positives' but the fact of the matter is we weren't good enough again. Every player looked either nervous or in a panicked rush to try and do things. No composure or cutting edge against what was a fairly poor Everton side. It's a culmination of the pressure on the players (especially Kane), Poch's rigid tactics and of course the lack of options been given to him by Levy and the board going into the season. It's disappointing as it's pretty much written off these first 4 games. It's wrong but our season starts after the international break.

Oh well. Unbeaten in last three matches lol.
Son & Clinton Energy to come into the side. Plus whoever else we sign.
Reasons to be positive.

Maybe I saw a different game to some but I thought we played very well, I liked the tempo which was much quicker than of late. It also seemed as though we were prepared to take chances, run at the the opposition and were much more creative than I thought we could be when seeing the line up. We failed to score and Kane and Mason will be ruing their mistakes in finishing.

Dembele going off was a blow, not my favourite player but I thought he was excellent today. We seemed less composed, more frantic when he went off. But still we created oodles of chances.

I am very encouraged by this performance ... still can't believe we didn't win 3-0

4 games 3 points, instead we should gotten 10 points already, disappointing. Another season at 5-7place , hopefully we can do better in Europe this year or maybe a cup.

The performance was very good. We know what the problems are and these are being addressed.

Wish we could sell some of our shit fans like we can players.
As Poch said himself this week, good performances mean nothing if you don't win.

Surely four games without a win, worst start since the 2 points in 8 games, is reason enough to allow fans some frustration? A lot of fans feel we have been regressing since the Champion's League run and I think if people were honest that's not because those fans are "shit", as you put it, but because they are frustrated at same old, same old (or worse).

Disappointing result
Still feel vaguely positive knowing we have Njie and Son to come in and give us some extra dynamism.
Still want to see a starting CM and backup CF come in. Shocking a club of or aspirations goes into a league game with no CF on the bench, as we have only one on the books.
Final two pieces of the transfer jigsaw must get done.
Poch needs to get his act together with making changes.

That aside, still feel we've moved forwards and Poch is the man.

There was nothing boring or turgid about that, you fucking melters.

Thought we looked good and we've got the new guys and Eriksen to come in. Its gonna be good.

The whole back four (and Dier) looked fantastic so credit where credit is due in that respect. Our midfield was it's usual painfully methodical and dull self, Kane looks to be suffering from second season syndrome.
thought kane done alright tonight i think he just needs one to go in and it will happen
