Dier may go to the bench, Bentaleb come in and Wimmer starts with Toby.

It seems like a massive shake up up it kills three birds with one stone, Dier gets a rest, Wimmer gets PL games and so does Bentaleb

I have done my cruciate ligament 3 times if it was that

He wouldn't have gone off like he did let me tell you gas and air job.

Maybe cartilage or something but not his cruciate as he would be needing gas and air

The tweet is quite promising as if he thought it was a really bad one I doubt he'd bother posting such a positive message. Not like he's prolific on there either.

But then I also remember Sandro walking off at Fulham that time...

Second this... I've done my cruciate
and the pain is borderline "Please, just kill me, put me out of this misery." You certainly aren't in a position to walk off a football field.

It could be anything. There's probably swelling so he'll have a scan one way or the other... Wouldn't expect to hear anything definitive until Monday or Tuesday.

Did Sandro not walk off the pitch when he did his cruciate?

As was my experience of getting that injury, but you never do know... Remember Walcott for instance went off all smiles whilst taunting our fans, yet ended up being out for a year.

That he walked off on his own though makes me think it isn't anything really long term, but we shall see.

I'll have to go back and take a closer look, but from what I saw I highly doubt he tore one of his cruciates. Neither of the "drawer tests" looked positive, from the first look I saw, when the physio performed them. Will have to find a full match replay to have a closer look later.

This is why you have a squad. Wimmer has been waiting for this moment and I have faith he'll do us proud. As good as Toby and Jan have been, the biggest contribution to our solid defence has been Dier playing DM. We looked much more open (but, as expected, way more effective going forward) when Dier came off.

Hope it's not too long, mind.

Mate what are you on about. You can tear one of your cruciate ligaments and walk off on it. Behave. You can have grade 1, 2 or 3. 3 being the worst. If its a grade 1, he's out for a few weeks but he certainly isn't going to ask for gas (@agrdavidsfan) and he's not going to ask to be killed.
