a few musings from today having had ssn on in the background
1) SSN pay their reporters to report so that their presenters can completely ignore them
2) there is some security guard who has a weird body tic when a tune that repeats the line the big bad wolf is played... I have no idea what the advert is for
3) Alfie bow likes to suck on a fishermans friend
4) are Watford money laundering buying and selling players within the ownership group
5) the name Fanni still makes me chuckle like Sid James
6) I wonder if Celtics signings will be enough to help them clinch the title again after many months of waiting
7)Well done Steven fletcher trying a different culture

But IF it happens, it will be a deserved criticism. There is no denying that our striker options are too thin. You should've seen what kind of abuse Wenger got in Arsenal forum when Coquelin went down, even though they had Flamini and Arteta as a cover. And they now got Eleny.
This might come back to bite him on the arse…."I make no apologies for being ambitious for our Club" - Daniel Levy, Sept 2nd 2015. But in all fairness what's happened today and this transfer window has been consistent with their stated policy.

If you go through the premier league table every team in the league has 3 or strikers except one which only has one absolute fucking joke I will let you work out which team that is!!!! Please Harry stay fit.. We are in the best position for a long time and once again Danial deep pockets fucks it up again.. I will take my hat off if we keep it going but Danial fuck wit Levy doesn't want Champions league football as he would have to fork out big bucks! Once again he is just happy5th or 6th keep us on our toes another window goes past 20 million profit and when everything is complete sell the club and fuck off and who will he be laughing at!! Love you spurs boys and girls been all over Europe with you to watch the famous Tottenham Hotspur F.C .. Absolutely gutted once again COYS

A startlingly uninformed post.

Genuinely dumbfounding.

I take my hat off to you sir.

If Kane can stay healthy, then this is okay. It's a pretty big risk to take though. I think we will be okay with Chadli and Son as cover, even if it's not ideal, but hopefully this doesn't come back to haunt us.

Boy are Sky Sports struggling to spin this out as exciting!

The obvious worry is if Kane gets injured, it's one thing Chadli or Son playing as a makeshift striker in the Europa or against Colchester but I wouldn't like to rely on them in the crunch games where we need points against a Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool or Chelsea (not because the last two are in the hunt but because they will be tricky away games).

I can't help feeling this was an opportunity (first in my lifetime and possible last for a while with City's money and new appointment) to actually have a tilt at the title... To dare is to do etc!

I don't believe Dembele would have been that much use to us this season, so it might be a blessing in disguise in that we could get someone better and more established in the summer if we can secure CL football. Such as Batshuyi etc.

If we'd beaten Leicester a few weeks ago we'd be top of the league right now. I for one am going to remain positive. And pray to the love of god that Harry stays fit and doesn't burn out. More of the same and it's going to be very exciting!

If indeed it was Poch who scuppered the deal for MD2 by insisting no loan back then its a pretty safe bet that he fully intended to use him this season IMO.

Again though what decent striker is going to come in and happily sit and wait for Kane to get injured?

Would you absolve Poch of all blame?

These are the sorts of posts we want, potential meltdown-ers.

The bar has been set.

Yeah but if we'd signed a striker tonight we'd have won the game against Leicester.

Fact.

Pleat confirming

- We only looked at young/cheaper players this window
- Price agreed for Dembele over the weekend
- Poch wanted no loan back, and that was the stumbling block
- Pleat wondering if we'll resurrect it late now Fulham have loaned in and kept McCormack[/QUOTE]

Holy fuck boys. CHANCE
