And how shit a team can you be that you're so desperate to waste time in the first half?

Come on, chill out, bar the odd game we've been brilliant for 6 months, we can afford the team a half like this, the fans need to get behind them.

We will have more games like this the rest of the season when a coach has a week to prepare to play against us.

Swansea are well drilled and will be tough to break down.

We have had FOUR 100% clear-cut goal scoring chances and duffed all of thtem. Son's was by far the worst though. He's been very poor in the league for some time. 33 million pounds for Njie and Son and only 2 league goals and 1 assist between them. Not good enough and it's only not been talked about because of our results.
Very harsh as n'jie has been injured and had little game time but I do agree Son needs to step up, he should be making more of his opportunities

Be prepared for Swansea to waste time non stop second half, go down under every challenge, take forever on goal kicks and throw ins etc.

That was not straight at him. He put his right hand out to stop it. It was a fantastic save.
The point is if Dier had kept it on the ground it would be in, if he just smashed it it would have been in. Inastead he just nudged it at a nice height for the keeper to make a reaction save.

Bad luck or bad finishing - or both? We really don't deserve to be a goal down and I hope we can get a couple of early goals in the second half.

For 10 minutes there it felt like I wasn't watching a live match. It was just a highlight reel of spurs creating chances.

Really odd to go into half time losing.

Indeed. Hopefully doesn't end up like that Newcastle game under AVB

Great opportunity to potentially get a bit of breathing room from arsenal and keep distance from man u

We've done more than enough to be ahead, so stop all this silly bollocks over reacting.

At least wait for us to lose before you throw yourself off the cliff.

Our bench is stacked with talent and can change the game. There's also loads of tactical shifts that Poch can make.

I can't see us losing.
So frustrating because United are doing us a hue favour at the moment.

We could be 7 points clear of 3rd and 3 points clear of 2nd...

Does feel as soon as we have a real chance against one of the lesser teams to put some breathing space between us and others, we stutter.

Lamela has been the star for me. Looks to be our most likely source of a goal or assist

He's shown a couple of moments of quality but I still find him really frustrating to watch. That ball he spazed out of play with the outside of his left foot when two or three easier options were on was quintessential Lamela.

Strange game so far, had some decent chances that we have wasted but also had elements of our play where it's a bit flat, a bit complacent and a lack of urgency/concentration.

You can usually tell if we are 'on it' after the first 10 mins of a game these days, the key indicator being our pressing and energy levels. A noticeable drop off on Thursday nights efforts.

We need more precision in our play, move the ball better, quicker, and take these chances. I would single out the front four who need to show a bit more, but in truth we need 10-15% improvement from players across the pitch.
