Again, I repeat, the aftermath of a classic Spurs collapse against Chelsea, which resulted in us handing the league to Leicester, is not the time for perspective!

Tomorrow, maybe. But right now i feel depressed/angry/ashamed/confused.

After a fantastic season we went out like we always do. By throwing it away at the end.

Sickening.
Absolute bollocks.
We didn't throw it away.
They would have won it at the weekend anyway.
We've played some superb football this season, and today we were more combative and more determined than any spurs team I remember.
Today we showed our inexperience against a cynical Chelsea side.
But we've finished top three, probably top two. That's absolutely amazing and if anyone had told you that was where we would finish at the start of the season, you would have called for the men in white coats.

Moat pathetic moment of the game was Fibreglass running up totl the linesman to show his hand which Lamela trod on. Literally no mark visible. What a shit bag.

Loser mentality. We fucked it up, and we did it against the worst club in the world.

I'm gutted to see us throw it away like that and give Chelsea the chance to lord it over us at home for the 26th season in a row.

If that doesn't bother you then fair enough. I wish I was as sanguine about Spurs as that. Maybe I'll get their one day.
I doubt it KofO

I was ok with the...roughness... up until 2-2. But then we had 10 minutes to try and score a goal but looked (besides Kane to be fair) to be more interested in wasting time and arguing. I understand the emotions but in that situation it's not exactly the smart approach. Youth showed. But on the other hand youth have shown a lot of positive stuff this year so...
Anyway. Gutted now but let's get another 6 points out of this season. Still things to play for. Just lesser things.

We're guaranteed 3rd place mate, and get 2nd if we win one of our last two games.

If someone would have said we'd get here at the beginning of the season you'd have laughed your bum off.

We haven't even really gotten going yet and the players have just properly taken on poch's style this season.

The pressure and negativity poured over us to not upset the fairytalers was incredible. We buckled psychologically. It's not that surprising really if you think about it.

Chelsea are shit scared of us, that's why they and their fans reacted as they did. It's actually a compliment, they just don't know it.

We are only at the start. I didn't think we'd be at this stage for another season or so, but we 're already on our way and have CL footy next season.

Put it all into perspective. This has been an amazing season for us.

We keep our players; we strengthen; we have one of the best managers on the planet.

Smile, bitch.:)

It's not the Leicester winning the league that i'm annoyed about, it's that fucking record of us winning there still hasn't been broken. Would have been so nice to put that to bed tonight regardless of what Leicester did next week. And we gave ourselves such a good platform to build on in the first half. Played some very good stuff and scored 2 great goals. Just annoying that once again a corner has undone us.

Positives, CL place assured. I'm confident that we can beat Southampton next week and secure second which will still be our highest finish since I can remember being a supporter in 1990. The only silver lining of us not winning and the title being done now is at least we won't have had that hope all week only to watch Leicester crush Everton. I think the players should be up for the Southampton game next week and will play without pressure. Clearly it got to us in the end.

Nothing can be done to level this out unfortunately but it's a major factor.

Imagine they had 2-3 similar ability based rivals who would raise their game ten fold every time they played them.

Guarantee we would be champions right now.

They will from next season, the top teams will see them as a big threat and really go at them and the smaller teams won't assume their shit and play into their hands and get opened up

Net spend since the founding of the club in 2003 of approx £1.2 billion.

22 points behind us, and too crap to even have qualified for the Europa and they celebrate like they've won the world cup......embarassing

Jon Snow didnt get brought back from the dead for this.

Really hope that's not a spoiler as I, and probably many others, haven't watched it yet. I know it's an attempt to be funny, but no need to give away stuff that happen (or not) in such a popular show. Especially in a Tottenham match forum :/
