Even Bendtner is getting in on the act, and I've just seen Arteta crying during his send off.

Arteta, Bendtner, Sczcesny and Podolski are all so maligned by their fans, yet they still have some attachment to that club. I don't get it.
Their careers have gone nowhere at Arsenal, but they suffer from psychotic delusions of grandeur and that's like their fan base: hence, the connection.

Its very clear that the problem has been trying to motivate and lift the players after the Chelsea result. They've been on the beach since then, or too many of them have, and they shouldn't of been.

lukas poldoski did the same too...once a scum always a scum.. I guessed they trained that mentality well..

while I don't wish for the same small-time mentality to be done to our players, I do hope Poch can grind in some serious winner mentality for next season..

But when Mido, Lineker, Ginola et al post things about us its because they're legends?

Of course they're going to post shit against us on Twitter, we blew the impossible, 2 points from our last 12 is pathetic and the players should be ashamed and have it rubbed in their faces. They don't care on bit for us fans, anyone who thinks they do is deluded.

When we all look back on this season we'll say we played well that year, but typical Spurs we blew it.

Being positive though, our squad is young and Poch has something to build on, they and he will have learnt a lot this season.

Do they have the balls to build on that though, time will tell, belief is everything.....

Fuck sake. I was looking forward to posting about how this is the first season I can remember where we haven't been thumped by anyone, and we go ahead and do it on the final day against relegated 10 men newcastle. Fucking embarrassing. I'm so pissed, season ruined.
It really was an almighty explosion of diarrhoea on all the good work they've done.

Inscrutable performance.

Scum also made up 8 GD points in one fucking day.

Incredible.

Only positive if there is any is that Poch can see the mental weaknesses of the squad. Mason and Carroll are no where good enough and the likes of Verts and Eriksen dropping tools after the Chelsea game is a disgrace.

People keep saying back up, we don't want back up, we need competition. Eriksen need to know if he doesn't turn up he will not play the next 3-4 games. Dembele needs to know if he's not there we have cover.

Even Lloris our captain has not looked right the past few weeks. Sell the deadwood and bring in some top quality to push us on.

Vertonghen can do one given his performances since his return. He's been a load of old arse, back to the Vertonghen of Sherwood's reign. Wimmer would've shown more fight.

ermm, no.. at least they are more rational and don't post shit? those that I listed are scums, provocative ones, aren't they?

The main difference here is that the three players you've listed were very good for us and have a connection to the club, whereas Sczcesny, Podolski and Bendtner were all terrible for Arsenal and the fans wanted them all out the club

Poch and that disgrace of a side needs to grovel to the fans and apologise for this humiliation. They've taken Spursy to a whole new level! Work's going to be wonderful tomorrow. Thanks a bunch guys.

Trying to find some post match comments from poch, anyone seen anything yet? Wonder what he can possibly say about our recent free fall and the frankly shambolic performance today. No doubt we'll hear about how we need to stay together and what a young squad we have but if I were him I'd be straight to levy's office asking for a blank cheque and to offload mason / Carroll / chadli and the other dross polluting our club. We need depth and if we fail to sign a back up striker again this summer I will genuinely give up. Gutted today, totally gutted but actually not surprised.

Literally back to square one, the feeling is exactly the same now as at the end of the Sherwood reign when we were an utter shambles.

This has ruined huge swathes of the supposed good work Poch has been doing. It also shows that a massive summer clearout still couldn't erase the pathetic losers mentality which still infects the club from top to bottom, and always will.

It gets worse the more I think about it. It's not even that we finished below Arsenal, it's the embarrassment and the manner of the defeat. Just a disgusting performance.

Fucking hell, get a grip. Our best season in over two and a half decades and the fact that we finish below Arsenal completely destroys that?

A bitter pill to swallow, yes, but I think emotion is clouding rationale here. We're in the Champions League with a very talented young squad.

Yeah, we're not the finished product, but we knew that anyway. We're miles ahead of schedule. We'll be fine.
