Monaco must literally be bringing only about 300 fans judging from how many blocks they've just put on sale. They would have been allocated 4,500 (5% of the total capacity as per UCL rules) initially and those blocks returned must account for close to 4,000 seats. There will also be a few rows cordoned off for segregation purposes.

Sods law you just know that corner will be visible on TV loads and other fans will troll us for having a load of empty seats!

Fortunately i think it's in the corner to the right of the cameras but on the same side so largely out of view

I hope that the positive outcome of bundling the match tickets for CL will be carried over to one-off season tickets next year at a reduced price. A win / win surely?

Where would be the best place of getting rid of a few tickets for Wednesday night?
Our supporters club bought a quite a few 3 match tickets, but some guys cant make it on Wednesday night.

So is this actually sold out? Finally figured that I could go to the game but no tickets available right now.

If only there was a solution to both of your problems

Not sure if anyone will be able to answer, but I'll probably be going train from Stevenage into Kings Cross initially. I take it the quickest way then is Met line to Wembley Park? What's it like getting out after a game?

Yeah, Met line will be the quickest way. As for your last question, getting out after a game is fucking Hell. Unless you leave really early (which I never do), we'll all be in a queue for at least half an hour probably.

Cheers for the info. I've driven the couple of times I've been previously to Wembley but have a busted shoulder currently. Half hour-ish doesn't sound too bad in the scheme of things (you have that walk to Seven sisters, plus a queue, for instance), just don't want to miss a late train out of London!

Me neither; I booked a hotel nearby so I don't have to rush back to Paddington. Instead, I can take my time after the final whistle to take in the atmosphere after we win! And then stroll out at my leisure into a local boozer. COYS!

I'm sure the Germans and Russians will take up their allocations, probably meaning three Wembley sell outs?

Does anyone know what the station is like after the game? I'm assuming it's chaos but is the wait usually a nightmare? There are 3 trains I could get and I'd have about an hour after the game to get the last train back to Warwick but miss that and I'm fucked.

Is it a case of leaving 5 mins early or is it usually pretty smooth?

I've been to our five games there and never had a real problem (via Wembley Park tube station).

On a couple of occasions they had horses which were used to block the route temporarily to the tube station - as a traffic calming tool.

But wasn't too bad a wait, and once inside there were plenty of tubes. If I didn't make the first one I made the second.

Problem with these games is that we’ll all be leaving at virtually the same time as opposed to a cup final or semi where half of the ground has fucked off early or we have!!
