It's the relentless booing, urgh...you'd think they'd get bored.
Admittedly they were pretty shit today, but they're like it in most games.

Every decision that they so much as consider having gone against them gets booed, every single one. They're a horrible lot.

Ah, the famous scouse humour.

I love to see them suffer (almost as much as the dippers)

I must be in the minority. Quite like Everton as far as other premiership sides go. Certainly a better bunch than their neighbours. Bit whiny perhaps, but not at all delusional.

I was surprised how they set up today as Koeman is a decent tactician. They'll still be a good side this season.

Thing is they've spent their money a lot worse than we did. I mean what was it that we spent that summer? I would never guess they spent £150m, they've got very little to show for it. Pretty worrying for them! At least we had Lamela, Eriksen and Chadli who showed something and watching Everton today, even Soldado and Caopue would add something (even if very little) to that team.

I have no sympathy for them though when they go and spend as much as £45/50m on a player like Sigurdsson.

In fairness, Lamela and Chadli showed very little in their 1st season so it's a little early to judge all their purchases.

That's true, fair point in it still being very early. Only thing is they've bought 3 attacking midfielders, 4 if you would include Rooney (not sure where he's been playing for them), 2 defenders, a keeper and a young winger from KAS Eupen.... I mean it doesn't even look great on paper to be fair but at least ours appeared to be promising in prospect. Not that that ultimately means anything in the end but it makes the signings more somewhat understandable at least.
