I'd play KWP ahead of tripps tbh. Poch should just start getting him ready and admit that tripps isn't gonna be here next season. Just start bringing in KWP and get on with it.
I'm leaning that way too. Think Tripps killed his chances against Chelsea and Burnley, even though it sounds harsh. Now with Aurier he'll never make first choice for us again.

Very strong, clever performance against a seasoned European team.
Soaked up a fair bit of pressure 1st half but were noticeably braver 2nd half and played higher up the pitch, especially on the left hand side.

Some fantastic individual performances but defensively an immense unit.
Sanchez is going to be some player; only his 2nd game for us & he already resembles Ledley.

Quick mention for our creator in chief Eriksen, he was at the heart of everything we did going forward - a joy to watch.

Think Aurier is going to be another BAE, flashes of brilliance but frustrating as hell and will be caught out a fair few times.

First half felt he was our weakest link but everybody on here is raving so must have looked quite different on tv than from my view. Sanchez on the other hand was incredible so quick composed and solid great debut for him.

Dortmund were awesome in first half but we were much the better team in the 2nd half and could have scored 5 on another night.

Ben Davies was sensational tonight. Rose has got a real job on his hands.
Rose still pips it for me with his defensive ability.

It's interesting how those two have overtaken each other at different stages. Davies pulling up to Rose again. Perfect competition for that position. Exactly what you want.

He was a stand-out tonight. My MoM.

From the TV it looked like he knew exactly what he was doing but I can imagine it looking a bit differently from the stadium.

Toda lol!!

Gilberto Silva was pretty plop for us too. Did Qu Bo get a game when he came over? Im sure I remember him playing a game even if it was as a sub in a cup game?

Doherty had some good games for us, back in the days when centre backs could fill in at striker and vice versa!!

Harsh. I'm not sure tripper was/is 100% fit from his injury in pre season
