Just went past their training ground. When you look at it, the gulf in quality between ours and theirs is ridiculous. Without the signs on the outside, you wouldn't question it if you were told it was Dagenham & Redbridge's, who play just down the road

IIRC, it used to be the home ground of Ford United, that well known outfit from the Essex Isthmian Boys Choir Division 7. With any luck they'll be playing each other in a few years time.

Bit harsh.

D&R got a nice, little set-up.

I can see Clement getting his p45 pretty soon and Tony Pulis jumping off the merry go round, its whether they pull the trigger soon enough will determine if they stay up.
Pulisball aint pretty and WBAs form wasn't great but at least they'd have a chance, they look utterly dreadful under Clement.

Considering Swansea lost Siggy and Llorente I think Clement's doing as well as anyone could expect.

Edit - I've just created a relegation thread in case anyone wants to talk about the other relegation candidates.

It's a shame East Ham Utd merged with Barking cos a 'West East Ham London United' sounds pretty cool

Yet they'll still beat us time and again ;)

Remember when West Ham fans thought that Lamela was a complete flop and a waste of money? He's played fifteen minutes this season and he's still got more assists than their record signing has managed all season. To be fair to Arnautović he's managed to pick up more red cards this season than Erik's achieved in his entire career.

The funniest thing is the investigation is being done by the company that helped negotiate the deal.

Does that mean that realistically West Ham could end up getting a deal whereby they can build a purpose-built football stadium on the land currently holding the London Stadium?

They'd have to pay a huge amount to the others who use the stadium. Including probably building a new stadium for athletics. Also the value of the land. Without massive financial backing they wont be able to do it.
Personally i'd let e20 go bankrupt.

It's almost as if electing somebody for being an idiot on TV is a bad idea.

Tbh it's not him being an idiot. He's a very smart guy who acts a bit of the bufoon to gets votes. It's that he will do anything no matter the cost to gain power. He knew this would be a shit storm but didn't give a shit.
