Fuck these referees. When will we get a whole new set? I’m fed up of these 50-60 year old fat useless ****s. Sick of it. Everyone is. For years now. Every manager thinks they’re shite. Every game we get screwed. D’oh and be condescending all you please, every ref is old and fat and a joke. We could have had 5 penalties in the last two games and we’ve been given zero.

Either bring in VAR or get a whole new set of refs that are the same age as the players, not the same age as their fucking dads.

This is my favourite rant on this thread. I salute you sir.

A point against that useless West Ham team feels like a defeat. That was a truly awful West Ham team. How could we struggle so much? Mentality, ability? From Pochettino to the players, pathetic.

I will be ashame as spammers fan TBH.. They can attack with intent, but they chose to sit back for 85 minutes of the match.. If Moyes is any good, he should set up his team to play. They could have won it, especially seeing Sissoko was playing, we were so defensive minded and Poch is so passive.

All in all, everything about that club from top down to fans are dumb.

Treated them with far too much respect for some reason. Just above Stoke in terms of quality of sides to come to ours this season.

Some clearance from Obiang though! The useless oaf

We don't get paid for it to be fair. I think they should be held to higher standards.
The trouble there is that these standards are as biased and agenda riddled as they are accused of themselves. Who’s standards? Who sets them? I mean, they talk bullshit game in, game out, whoever the game is between, But the idea that they do it just to us.........well, that’s ridiculous

The bit you aren’t quite grasping is that no ones saying Poch is at fault for West Ham scoring a worldie. People are saying he’s at fault for allowing a performance which was turgid and going no where and clearly not finding a break through for 75 minutes and then only making a change when we went one down.

There was no guts, and no sign of making a positive change to go and win the game. It was deemed that what we had would just eventually do it, when clearly, we could all see where it was going as we have had many games like it before.

Obiangs goal is a credit to him, sons is a credit to Son.

The bit people aren't grasping is that teams park the bus because (shock incoming) it works, it makes it hard and all teams except the money team struggle. If it wasn't effective why would teams still do it?

In fact, we were doing quite well at breaking them down. We created multiples chances, had two shots cleared off the line and hadmultiple penalty shouts. Poch could've made a sub but that's not why we drew I have yet to see anything since he's come back to suggest Lamela would've taken that game by the scuff of the neck and definatly won it for us, he's still not even 100% fit

Yes, the ref was bad today but it was the other way around against Swansea.

That doesn’t excuse things though does it?

I said in the Swansea thread we got lucky because the ref was utterly shit.

Dean came into this like he came into the Arsenal game, determined to give us as little as possible.

Every fucking game in this league it’s the same shit week in week out, refs making it about themselves or being so incompetent that they shouldn’t be anywhere near a professional game of football.

Dean was shite but it's no excuse.

We didn't move the ball quickly enough because we didn't have the midfielders on the pitch to do it and as a result wasted 70 minutes before we started playing.

This didn't even have to be a test of his in game management. I think with Winks and Wanyama in for Sissoko and Dier we would have moved the ball more quickly and got Alli, Eriksen and Son in more dangerous positions with greater regularity.
Was going to post exactly the same, we should have freshen up the middle of the park.

I swear commentators were booing Newcastle for trying to do that to City the other week and yet from about 15 mins the pundits seem to think it was majestic defending from West Ham. Ah well.

the sooner VAR comes in the better! Thats 4 pens weve had robbed off us in 2 days
Martin Tyler said VAR tonight would have meant Son's goal would not have been allowed due to a foul on Lanzini earlier in the move ( it wasn't a foul but that doesn't matter to Martin)

Didn’t get the Wanyama sub at all. Unless Winks is completely unfit (why would he be on the bench?), he surely had to be the more creative option when chasing the game.

Need to sign some pace and trickery in THIS window if we want top 4. How poch doesn't think edwards is ready is beyond me, dude would absolute add something different to this team but then again, i feel like we say that after every home match. Teams sit back and we clearly lack the ability to beat players and yet we haven't figured this out for 3 seasons running. Ffs

What a rugby team Whu are as well. Literally every man behind the ball all game. As soon as you get a chance, kick for touch as high up the field as you can get it. Then all regroup and back into the defensive line. And repeat. Over and over. How do you even support that style?
