The fact is we need a body to fit in the 3 behind Harry. He gives us much-needed pace has very good scoring record and is available for the CL.
Not my first choice but for £23m in Jan I'm happy.
He's also great in PES

I know everyone's very excited but this smacks of Sissoko Mk II. I'm massively underwhelmed at this news. Feel free to bookmark this post and rub it in my face if (as I truly hope) i'm proved wrong.

I can't agree with this. Moura is a big upgrade on Sisssoko.
His decent pace and ability to past people is exactly what we need

Am I the only one underwhelmed by the possible signing of Moura? Can't even get excited watching YouTube videos. He definitely improves the squad but I'm not convinced he improves the first team. If the £22m reports are to be believed it is good business and he has a relationship with Serge and I know it's a squad game now and that's where we've been lacking but I just can't help feeling underwhelmed.
At least we'll see if the clamourings for pace for the last few windows will be appeased and if it's the answer to a "park the bus" team, I have a feeling it isn't but we will see

I have moved this in here from the Moura thread so as not to get A&C all twitchy
No guarantee's until it's actually signed because we have been closer than this before and it's still gone tit up, but financials already moved significantly in our favour and have been pretty much agreed. Barring a last minute 3rd party coming in and throwing money at PSG(not Moura), I'd say this one will be done quite quickly now.

If MP wants him then it's all good as far as I am concerned. Obviously Poch's opinions on players don't always sync with the supporters but if Poch thinks that he can add quality to the squad then it's all good as far as I am concerned (assuming that the club sign him of course!!).No, there are a couple of people in the players thread saying the same
