Even though I knew we would wait until the very end of the window to announce this I'm still surprised showhow. I sometimes believe we do this to create the image of being busy on Deadline Day.

It definitely gives you better exposure to announce it on deadline day. I think this will be announced just before the UTD game by bringing him out on the pitch. High profile and great media before the game.

If you look at it from SSN point of view, Moura is the last big deal they can announce as others have already went through.

They will have built up a huge tolerance to wanking over the years. A fatal wank will need a massive effort.

As we're nearing the deadline, the rules can be relaxed a bit and other transfers, etc can be discussed in here so there's one place for all the breaking news.

Keep it transfer related though! (not formations, etc)

It really doesn’t matter how experienced he is if he can’t deliver for us on the pitch, which half a season would suggest is the case. So I say to you I don’t understand people who want a striker in the squad just for the sake of saying you have a striker if that striker is someone who when you see his name on the team sheet you collectively think “oh no not him”.
