Stoke and Southampton they have to pick up points. The rest of the matches are a tough ask for them. Hope they go down with that stadium while we play in our nice new one rubbing it in. I bet Levy is loving this except he won't stoop to their owners level of posting on social media and shitty columns in the papers

"Sold a dream given a nightmare"? Maybe you shouldn't have bought dreams from the trio of snake oil merchants clearly running your club.

There's a minute's applause for Bobby Moore at the start of the game and then Trevor Brooking looks on as West Ham get humiliated at home. They drop nearer to the relegation zone, their keeper makes a complete balls-up, there's fighting in the stands, protests against the Board and idiots running on the pitch.

And what did the West Ham fans sing?

"We're not West Ham any more"

Really? Really?

Frankly, that day couldn't have been more West Ham if it tried.

Kumb: New Stadium Thread 2016

I popped down to the OS yesterday with my eldest (3 year old daughter) for a look around and get her the new home kit (poor girl loves West Ham because her Dad does!!)

I am really impressed with what I saw with the new store and the coffee was decent too! I'm quite proud to have the opportunity to play at this stadium... it will be the envy of the Premier League and hopefully takes us to that next level
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Super excited now! It seems like an eternity since I travelled down from up norf to renew my season ticket this year at my appointment. All I can remember is walking out of westfield and seeing the sheer size and thinking wow... just wow, as much as I love upton park this place will be exceptional if done right (Its west ham so im always nervous).

The most important thing tonight other than the result is us fans, A sell out AGAIN, new stadium... lets make it OUR home! Lets Sing loud, Cheer and do what we do best !
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now I am older, much more appreciative of how fortunate we are to experience such great moments, the joy (& pain) that supporting the Hammers brings, are we on the cusp of much overdue glory, or not ! We shall see, I'm really excited !
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Currently sat in my seat and can honestly say there is nothing bad to say about the distance from the side line to the front row behind the running track. Pictures don't do this place justice its ginormous, one word to describe it is "stunning"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just got in. A bit blown away to be honest. Amazing.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Honestly nothing bad to say. It was a little embarrassing when what felt like half the stadium vacated at 80 minutes but I am actually impressed with everything.

It's a drastic difference though. That's our actual home ground now. Insane
-------------------

Loved it. Once people have got used to it and pre match routines etc then it will be great.
-------------------

I think the stadium is fantastic personally. Will only get better.

Millwall are family club of the year. West Ham have to have kids take refuge in the opposition players dugout.

Not controlling fans, points deduction surely?

Most likely a fine. Hopefully.... A couple of matches behind closed doors. That would be fun to watch.

Could benefit them thou... No protest. No pitch invasion.

soton and stoke are the only games I can see them getting anything and they are both at home which after today is excellent!

One things for sure.

It makes no difference if they are playing at their spiritual home, the OS or in between Mother Browns legs, they will at some point get relegated.......................again.....

Not too mention the injury crisis that they are having.

James fucking Collins as your stalwart at the back. Should be good to watch!

Feel for Trev. The man is a legend there and looked a mixture of very uncomfortable and sympathetic towards the fans protesting.
Trevor Brooking is a knob imo

TBH Bobby Moore sums up the club in a nutshell, mixed in with 2016's south park episodes

The club suffers from member berries

With a nostalgia for the past, thinking of the good old days, that simply didnt exist

Bobby Moore, was hounded out of that club on more than one occasion and since he has passed away has been exploited by the club to remind fans of the good old days that didnt really exist because the past is so much better when you rewrite it

TBH I dont find it funny and have a lot of respect for the fans that protested, imagine the hooligan firm threatening people who protest that they will end up in the hospital after receiving orders from the owners directly in exchange for a closer partnership between the two

Protest by all means, but respect...nah. Not as soon as you see women stewards being hurled to the floor in order to get towards the directors box.

TBH I do find it funny. I haven’t got a lot of respect for the fans. Too much history. Way too much history.
