Pretty cagey so far. After a fairly sluggish start Real have controlled the latter parts of the half, but not exactly threatening or posing Liverpool a great deal of questions as of yet.

I just fucking hate the media narratives on liverfool; 'Salah third best player in the world now', 'TAA is the next rising star', 'VvD is a best CB', 'Milner an absolute veteran', 'Henderson a great leader' etc.. Really?!

If they lose tonight, they are having a poor season IMO, which is nothing surprising TBH, they always do. But media just like to ignore. Fuck.

I'm not watching it as I'm out, but the video doesn't look at bad as the reaction on here. Ramos is a dirty player, but he'd be doing well to have done this intentionally imo

Definitely trying to foul him, but I doubt the plan was to break his arm.

Same, Madrid as a club and team makes me sick to my stomach - a stain on football, especially the last few years. I really wanted Bayern to make it to the final so there would be a respectable team to support.

A respectable team with a stadium sponsored by nazis. Nah, don’t think so.

The wankers have only ever had one job for me ( beating Chelsea) and they fucked that up as well.

Fuck ‘em.

boring af
The Mo Salah team have been shit since Mo Salah went off. Even the commentators can't find anything else to talk about other than Mo Salah.

Poor Mo Salah.

For anyone not watching, at the mo its Mo Salah 0, and Mo Salah 0.

How is 4th in the league and the champions league final a poor season?

Amazing how much the overall quality of Liverpool drop when Salah is off

Bit like us with eriksen, except we just forget how to attack. We don't forget how to press, retain possession or defend

Yeah, the whole team collapses. Liverpool aka the true one-man team.

That's not late in the VAR world. ARs are now being training to do exactly what he did if a scoring chance appears imminent. Put the flag up after the scoring chance happens -- even if it's really late.
But this match doesn't have VAR, so it wasn't necessary.

One of my pet peeves will linesmen, although not so much in this scenario, is late flags when players are clearly offside.

They've had a pretty fucking easy run to the final have Liverpool, bar City, in contrast like said in commentary, Madrid have had to beat the French, Italian and German champions to get here. Despite that if they win here without Salah I'll give them credit.

Interesting 2nd half. I couldn't care less how boring it is so long as Liverpool lose.
