So Julian Brandt - U before T - UB40
1 in 10 - The song title refers to the number 9.6
Julian Brandt was born in 96 and wears number 10.

That's where we are?

He signed a new contract in April 2018... unless they’re wanting to sell for a decent fee this one looks unlikely.

The guesses so far range from a kid with potential (Arp) to lots of potential but mental (Grealish) to a quality midfielder with a mental mother (Rabiot) to a quality player albeit more defensive? in Weigl.

1 IN 1 OUT

1 in 1 out?

Really, Goat? Really?!
So prosaic, so deflating...
I'd rather fuckin cabbages all day, Goat!

Or is it the Toby/Martial deal? Eh, Goat?

This is so good that it deserves to be correct.

So my suggestion to add to it is that it refers to Dembele - one leaving and one incoming.

I'm going to agree with this one and go with Mousa Dembele out Ousmane Dembele in.
