Considering every half decent player based in Europe has been guessed, Id think it safe to say that is very likely.

Another possibility is that it's to do with Dembele to Inter (In ten/Inter). That seems far too easy for a Goat cryptic though..... I guess it depends if A&C or Rob made it up though.
