You can't say that it's "obviously" Bailey. If it was, it can't even be considered a cryptic.

This. Bailey is rapid, can play wide or through the middle and would give us another left footed attacker. Haidara is Leipzig’s choice to replace Keita, reportedly, but would be more of a risk. I would be happy with both.

However, there has been the notion thrown around that Leverkusen would far prefer to sell to a foreign club, so there could be some wiggle room down the way for clubs that aren't Bayern. Also, this price quote appears to be just an opening gambit of please go away, so really it wouldn't be entirely unfeasible for there to be 20-30m Euros shaved off that price.
