Did u do that auto Cup scheme thing?I received an email from Barclays today saying my direct debit has been set up with ‘Tottenham Hotspur and ATHL’. I thought it was fraudulent but the last 4 numbers on the card matched the email so was a bit confused. I called Barclays and they confirmed the DD had been set up but no amount or date had been added yet. I then called spurs and I’m so fucking frustrated because every line I go to, I eventually get an automated ‘this line will now disconnect’ and it cuts me off. 4 times now on a couple of different numbers.
Has anyone received a similar email? I haven’t set up a DD with spurs. I paid for my ST in one go on my credit card. I’m confused.

If you get cut off in the future use the overseas number. You can get through on that one.Yeah it was that. They worded it a bit funny calling it a direct debit account when in fact they’re refunding me, which is why I was confused. Then I got an email a few days later from them saying the DD account has been set up especially so they can pay me. I got the refund (for Liverpool and Cardiff) on 10th.

It is in manage tickets. Best if you log onto both accounts and click on that option and try again.I logged in after receiving the email to buy my ST seats from last year for Cardiff. But the option to buy my son's ticket via the network assign function had disappeared. I couldn't deal with the delays on the phone due to glory hunters buying Barca tickets. Has this thing happened to anyone else? Or perhaps I'm just shit at IT. I did try clicking every possible link though.

I didn’t order it, my mate brought no my season ticket . It’s just that he organised for the Fulham game too and that ticket was sent to my house.
