I’m not completely sure Ben has money to be sued
You think Hazrard has a defamation case? Do me a favour. Putting aside the merits of any such case, he's a cabbie. He doesn't have the financial standing to sue someone.

Plus, frankly, the guy has been acting like a tool the past few days. Just this weekend he belittled a young fan unhappy with the Liverpool result with a load of crap about said young man not having already won medals as a football player by the time he was 22 (said fan is not a football player).

Ex players need to understand that if they are going to go on social media they've got to be smart with how they interact with fans, especially after a bad result.

I'm done with poche. Excellent motivator but tactically Sherwood. Subs lost the game today. Poche is Tony Robbins, gets the best out of everyone but can't win tactically,. Gutted today with the loss.

Sorry but I have to disagree there. Lucas was fantastic as an impact sub, making two or three high quality chances. If we take one of them we go 2-0 up, we win the game, and Poche gets the credit for the sub that sealed it.

Clearly something is not working or isn't right that's 6 goals in the last 3 game not good enough and again set pieces defending them are a joke.
I suppose it will change sooner or later but this team right now is under performance and to a degree I think the manager is too all of them need to sort themselves out.
What concerns me is that this is supposed to be a manager they all love. But something is worrying me in that regard.

There appears to be no sense of togetherness anymore within this group..and I include Poch in that group also.

This team has no confidence, no cohesion, no energy, no drive. They are the polar opposite of what I watched so many times over the past 3 years.

It's depressing and I don't know how we can snap out of it.

The only bright spark is Lucas..I feel he's alone out there.

Sure and I'm confident we'll go on a decent run of results.

We've gotta keep cool and remember 2 of these 3 defeats have come against Liverpool and away to inter, and just by one goal

We're not performing well but there's still some good players here
I know. But Poch needs to calm the fuck down with formation changes. Stick with a 4231 for quite a few games now. Rest Kane for a couple of games, drop Dier if that’s possible. We really need to get the best out of Alli, Eriksen, Moura, Lamela, Kane and Son. Six really good players rotated for four positions. We don’t have to rotate formation, just these players to keep them fresh and keen.

As an optimist, it's hard to watch what we're seeing on the pitch. The players look as mentally tired as they do physically tired. The passing is sloppy. (How many balls were played behind the player causing them to lose momentum or in front of the player allowing for the interception?) The choice of who to pass to was sloppy and the work rate to get into channel/space/position to receive the pass is inconsistent. On the defensive side, we were allowing way too much space to opposing players on the wings especially. The close rate on the first goal by Aurier was non existent. FFS, it's the 85th minute and you are up by 1-0 away and the press has been uncoordinated all year long. One player presses just to find the player(s) behind him aren't consistently covering the first or second choice for the pass. I will add though that a press with Lamela and Moura does excite me as those two do have a work rate off the ball defensively that could create problems for defenders.

As to Poch, we have come a long way with him and for that one has to be grateful. But his game too is suffering. he doesn't seem to be the type to set players in positions to guarantee we will fail. He probably has bonuses based on performance too. I suspect he has a genuine appreciation as a player and now as a coach for players like Dier, Winks, Davies, Dembele etc who are struggling this year and they are not rising to meet his expectations. but as a leader, he has to take the bull by the horn and sit those that are struggling consistently until they get it right. There is no way that it makes sense to even talk of getting rid of Poch. We'd lose many of our best players who it appears to be "all in" to "The project". With that said, i do hope he has a conversation with Sir Alex or one of his mentors just to get his head clear to see what he could be doing differently.

He’s fresh- the others seem jaded or playing back after injury. He was quality out on the left- no reason we can’t have him out wide in a 4231 and competing with our other AMs

I'm not sure they have turned against him but something is definitely missing the west ham and city games concern me.
As the squad is now, City will be another loss. We'll find ourselves behind Arsenal soon. I predicted a fifth place finish this year because of the exhaustion of the squad and lack of signings, but I secretly hoped I was wrong. Now I'm thinking I may be right. :(

This is starting to become a problem now, such bad timing for a smash and grab.

Thought we did enough to win despite failing so often with the basics of football at times.

2nd goal looked likely until the Lamela sub killed all our momentum. Bad Poch. Nothing is coming off at the moment, hard to watch.

Another crap lucky goal (like Watford), another capitulation under the first sign of pressure (like Watford), another set piece conceded (like Watford). Not good enough.

Poch and the boys need to snap out of this fast. On to Brighton, it'll be a fight again.

Those guys Toby, Jan, Sanchez and Lloris need to step up and take this team on their shoulders. They are capable of it .

I feel like we need some stability now and consistency with the team. I'm not sure what's up with Wanyama but i'd go back to 4-2-3-1 basics for a bit with Wanyama and Winks in midfield. Give them a run and see if they can build up fitness and a partnership.

Mostly agree- Sanchez needs game time or he could regress. He was utter shit the first half, much better the second when we were more in control

"The others" to me, look like they've quit on Poch. I know that sounds a bit harsh, but that's what I get out of it. They've been back from the World Cup long enough now. Maybe I'm completely wrong, I sincerely hope so

Not sure where this confidence is coming from, we have very poor midfield options and Poch is making it worse with team selection.

Well to be honest at the start of the season I said 5th or 6th maybe even 7th but although early days can you really see this team getting top four I can't unless there is a very quick change around.
The lack of signings has and will have an effect as the season progresses how can we be the only team around Europe's five top leagues to buy zilch it's ridiculous it really is every club changes it up again you have to, but not a single player in makes no sense.
Yes prices are rising but there is always someone available and if you don't you get left behind slightly which I think is going to happen here, just hope the club invests in the summer if we are to have a season off as it were.

Easy, it's the same team as last season that finished 3rd and topped the CL group

It hasn't improved but it hasn't regressed either . Players will find their form , I'm not ready to slit wrists yet

Three losses on the trot? Of course it's regressed. I think that's a first for Poch's time in charge, let alone the past three years.
