I really don't like Ben Foster, so I'm glad that he got an extra long time to watch Llorente's winner seemingly take forever to inch its way past him into the corner. Think on that, you timewasting ****.

Time did seem to stop when that ball was going over the line.

Well, if you are travelling back to essexdom. There was some.frost on the line so the trains are all fucked. I'm freezing my nads off At straford. Still. Worth it....
Trains to and from God’s own county are always fucked especially at every frigging weekend with the never ending bus replacement service

Shit attendance but I thought the atmosphere was alright. Was in my block anyway.
I had the usual old timer who didn’t want anyone to enjoy themselves telling everyone to sit down. No one was singing. It was pretty poor. But like the west stand. But you could see people making an effort. But the attendance was terrible. I put it down to tomorrow being pay day.

Retribution for Foster and Hart and their antics.

Used to be much better. The service has been appalling last 12 months, as you say, the weekend bus service to newbury park is a proper pain in the nut sack.

Good to see the team grind out a result when the game could have slipped away from them. Pleased for Llorente to get the goal after that missed opportunity earlier. WELCOME BACK SONNY!

I'm hoping that will see Llorente turn the corner. He's obviously feeling the pressure which is strange given what he's achieved in his career. Also as rusty as the fkin tin man. Hope he does a Sissoko.

The character of this team is unbelievable, could have felt sorry for ourselves at 0-1, no Kane, No Dele, half empty stadium, cold as fuck and a bad week but we do what we do constantly under Poch - we never give up.
Unlike the load of panicking, hate-filled rage-babies on the match threads.

I usually avoid match threads - it's easy 'cos I'm at the match. Tonight I was at home on a dodgy stream, having not bought tickets because of health complications (I will get myself to the Newcastle match, then I will probably disappear for awhile), so I read the unending screed of entitled, blame-based crap that masquerades as "being a fan".

And then we scored and suddenly all the hate was love. What bullshit.
