Wed will feel like a final to the players, which is exactly why I feel like we won’t win, time & time & time a fucking gain we screw up when it matters most

This new stadium is gonna need to be capable of some serious voodoo shit if it's going to do anything to change our recent form and fortunes.

Can't believe it. Gob smacked.

At 1-0 I was down but saying I was glad to get the game out of the way, then the roller coaster ride began.

Very disappointed. One point from 15 is real shitty.

Yeah the way that unfolded was pure Spurs gold. This club knows special ways to raise hope and crush it in style.

You just knew 100% us missing those chances at the end would cost us. Ok we know Sissoko can’t shoot for shit but not even being able to at least hit the target is fucking diabolical. Eriksen may as well fuck off now if he’s going to continue playing half heartedly like this. I’m not his biggest fan but at least Lamela puts in a shift. As for Lloris, what can I say, Salah’s header didn’t even seem like an effort on goal, it had the power of a cross header that any keeper of any level could’ve just caught, but Lloris decides to palm it out into the danger zone and then hampers Toby’s effort to clear it. It’ll never happen, which is a major weakness of Poch, but LLoris needs to be dropped in favour of Gazzaniga who has done well when played.

Annoys me that the floors and mistakes are always the same.
I honestly dont see how Lloris could possibly have been practising his distribution and kicking at all in the last 3 years because it hasnt got better, its got fkin worse.
And Sissoko. Ok I know he's not a striker but he IS a professional footballer. Surely to christ after your 25th succesive shot goes sailing out of the stadium somebody takes him aside and says 'stop trying to bust the net. Just hit it on target.' I have to tell my u11s this so surely to fuck someone can mention it to him? I mean how fkin hard is it?
And our crossing and corners. Fkin pub teams can whip in better balls.
What do we do all week I wonder.

I had a funny feeling we would win actually.

Mentally and physically this squad is in trouble. Lloris started off the season with the drink driving case and I think it has effected him and our defence. There’s no confidence or trust. I don’t think it’s a coincidence we have been linked with a couple of keepers since then. I really wouldn’t be surprised if he’s a shock departure in the summer and I’ve been saying it for a while.

I'm not sure how much trouble we're in, it's hard to tell but we played well today, much better than I thought we would and it's the first time we've been able to say that for a while, in the league at least. I know it's hard to take pride in such a claim as they both picked up three points and we picked up none, but we looked miles better than United and Chelsea over this weekend and I'll feel a lot more positive if we could replicate this level for the rest of the season.

City aside we just can't afford any slip ups at all now and that's the worry.

I can't say I'd be displeased if Lloris left either, he seems closely tied to Pochettino though.

I am so fucking sick of Hugo's mistakes in the big games. So angry right now that we come away with nothing after a seriously good second half.

I'd throw Gazzaniga in on Wednesday, Hugo's out of strikes with me. He lost most of them after the drink driving incident and now the last slither of a strike is gone. Fuck it.

Sissoko's inability to shoot is so well known van Dijk knew all he had to do was block off the pass to Son and the ball wouldn't go in. It's sad, he had a great half other than that, but he just cannot shoot for shit and it's a miss that will live in memory for a long, long time.

But there was enough good in the second half to make me very optimistic for the rest of the season. Win our home games and we make top four, I think it's really that simple, and we should win all five.

He’s changing the formation far too much, no consistency in the starting 11 whatsoever
He was simply adapting to what the game required. We started poorly but he changed it really well. They didn’t create too much. Just a moment of real quality from Robertson and a real scrappy one at the end. Liverpool have improved but they’ve had huge slices of luck this season from what I’ve seen. They may still go on to win it but surely the luck has to run out soon.

Van Dijk was the difference, he placed himself fantastically to kill our break and force Sissoko to shoot, that was the turning point and that costs money, we can cry about everything else and about our bad luck this season again as much as we want, nothing will change until that does.

I am getting so annoyed with this bullshit about VVD being the best player in the world. In that situation he had a choice to make either go to the ball and leave the pass open or try and stick himself somewhere in between which is what he did. I guarantee you that 95% of premier league defenders would have done the same as what he did. He still left a free shot from the centre of goal from 10 yards for Sissoko to put it anywhere that he wanted, yet somehow he manages to miss. You are honestly telling me that in that split second that he had to decide what to do he remembered that Sissoko cant shoot without tripping over his own feet and left him run through on goal on purpose? Do me a favour, he did what most defenders would have and should have done yet this is used as evidence that he is the greatest defender since Beckenbuer.

Gazzanigga is not the answer.

Harry Kane barely touched the ball this game, but when he did, he was quality.

Superb ball for Lucas equalizer. Why the fuck that the team don't they play through him more often? Eriksen has been a bit shite lately.
