got through on a mobile and it was painful. Said error had occured during card payment and they are still in my basket but the money has been taken and the email received. guess i'm going??

As I was still logged in, I thought, I'd see what happened if I tried again - it booted me to the queue, so I am guessing it notes your IP and bombs you if you try again

I think there are only 1000 tickets available on Hotspur+ days and around 6,000 or so on days like today with about 200,000+ people trying to get them

This has to change. Not only is it random/un-fair but a complete waste of peoples valuable time. My poor dog is crossing her legs staring at me.......

In the queue since 9:05 - 99% since 10:30 - have a meeting in ten minutes so not looking good for me

They need to sort this system out. It's horseshit

You’d think new stadium tickets would be easier to get it’s a joke they must give a fair percentage to corporate it’s not about the fans anymore sadly

I got here at about 10:15 and it has stayed that way since. Thought I had a chance but alas no joy. Off to a mates house with BT and a friendly gesture of beer

I may go Bricklayers or something if I do not get a ticket - then atleast I can pose outside the stadium to suggest I was there in some capacity

The system crashed whilst processing the order, it shows as a pending transaction in my bank account but nothing from the website/club apart from "we're sorry your order is currently processing and will be available in your account history when complete".

What does this mean, have I got tickets???
