Victims of the clubs success hopefully it’ll calm down a bit next season Wembley was easy but no one wanted to go and obvs a bigger capacity for a long period! Used to get to all the northern away games even that’s a struggle now

Spot on @steveitr

I managed a few seasons of 3-4 aways games in the midlands, Utd and even Chelsea but as a lowly member there is no chance now. I dont disagree with the loyalty programme but would love to get the odd away game in once in a while too

Was surprised to be able to eventually get 2 together about 15m ago. Got to payment. Website was so slow it timed out. And then booted me out. Brilliant.
that is really harsh. I don't think their system can hold it all and I bet there are a load of Gooners on there too wasting queue space

Wow. What a fucking nightmare. Had one in my basket at half 10. Went to pay, all good, verified by visa, all good... and THEN it gives an error message. gidhfsgkjdfhgidhkj!!

Then I go back in, find another seat.. get that in my basket, but it won't let me checkout because I've apparently already bought a ticket!! Even though i have no email from the club etc. After about 10mins it then booted me out completely and back to the circle of death.

NIGHTMARE!!!

I am on the phone to the ticket office now.. hoping that that first transaction actually went through.

We should build a bigger stadium
I guess because of permission but then equally to guarantee high average attendance week in week out. With exception of the massive games I bet we won't have all full capacities next season as the sensation of a new ground disappears slowly. I do agree with you though, 70,000 would have been good!

Has it shown as coming out available balance in your bank? Should be fine.

That would be great! They should allocate even 50 tickets for members on away games

The system crashed whilst processing the order, it shows as a pending transaction in my bank account but nothing from the website/club apart from "we're sorry your order is currently processing and will be available in your account history when complete".

What does this mean, have I got tickets???

I think the system was struggling, I had loads of buffering through the buying process, but did get a confirmation page eventually. I have just checked and I have the email too. If it is pending on your bank account hopefully that's a good sign, my payment is pending in my account.

Good Luck

You’d think new stadium tickets would be easier to get it’s a joke they must give a fair percentage to corporate it’s not about the fans anymore sadly

My company are a global partner of MasterCard. We can request tickets through them. I requested 2 (even though I have a ST). The number on the request from my company alone was around 50. So I guess MasterCard must get 100s of tickets allocated.

It’s a bit of a shame for fans. I make sure my corporate tickets always go to Spurs fans where possible, but I know that others don’t. I did the corporate section at Wembley a few times and there were Arsenal and Chelsea fans there on a freebie. So wrong.

This appears to be norm... at least in my experience!! might have to consider the auto cup enrolment for next season to avoid it

I am sitting in the circle still just in case - until I see a greyed out stadium I still believe
Dont even give up then. I got two individual tickets yesterday for me and a guy at work by just continually using the "find a seat for me" function across all the various ticket blocks. The stadium shows greyed out as all tickets are currently sat in baskets, but most people select any they can and then eventually release the one's they don't need after finally deciding which one's they want

Disgusting really

Anyone who cant get a ticket normally can also go corporate in the East Stand for 960 quid a pop!!! Very reasonable as you get a grazing menu pre and post game and complimentary drinks during half time

At those rates we should have the stadium paid off by the Summer!!
