It's luck. I found City impossible but today was in at 10:15 despite doing nothing different. That's said I still don't know if I have a ticket or not.....

I think what annoys me most with the system is that you can't even log into your account or anything without getting past the doughnut. Also been listening to hold music for the last 30 mins, I just want to know if I have tickets!

That happened to me first time. I entered card details and then it went it mastercard secure check something and dropped the clock to 1 minute. Kept saying the security name I was entering was incorrect and then timed out....
