This are the 2 blatant penalties.


The second one was checked by VAR and the referee decided it was nothing.

the only explanation I can come up with is the ball never got near Aguero, never even got in the box, so the ref let it go if he even saw it. the Otemendi one was on a corner and probably should have been given.

Ill say this, CONMEBOL games have to be about the hardest ones to officiate that Ive seen. That shit and worse goes on all the time.

I think it's why the top CONMEBOL refs are so good. These types of games can help make supurb refs.

This guy just wasn't one of them.

Peru should have wrapped it up with a 3rd a few minutes ago. A Chile have had their chances, too.

The Chuckle Brothers on commentary are annoying. One going on about 19th century wars in the Pacific, the other going on about lucky numbers.
