Probably no-one but this is a forum, so, you know, I thought maybe a place for discussion?Investment? Tax dodge? Who cares?
That's massively ****ish.
But apart from the dog and all, why has he got a home in LA? For the month or two that he's off season? For a player that never seems to actually play, that just seems odd to me.
I know he's minted, so can have a home wherever the hell he likes but it seems a strange thing to do, a bit of a waste of money. Sure, have a place to retire to but his career, for most of the year, is in England.

Yeah but has his property price increased in value?
Quite a few players live in Dubai, Saw Anelka when I was over there think Aguero off season is a Dubai resident. Though that would need a bit of fact checkingHe is a guy who has earned a shed load of cash in his life, LA real estate (particularly the type he would be buying) doesn't go down in price all that often....so....an investment?
Jurgen Klinsmann had a house in LA for years. I know he had a place in LA when he was coaching Germany but he may have had a place in LA when he was in his last stretch with us. It's not exactly uncommon for rich people to buy houses in areas where they are surrounded by other rich people.
Doesn't surprise me. Dubai is really gorgeous with great weather and everything modern. They pumped a ton of oil money into it and now it is one of the nicest places to live. Entirely man made and honestly, if I had the cash, I'd move thereQuite a few players live in Dubai, Saw Anelka when I was over there think Aguero off season is a Dubai resident. This is Australia remember, they're still in the 80s I think. Please say the planes with banners aren't making a comeback. I thought we were done with that now.

No offense to the Aussie posters on this forum who I am sure are all stand-up gentlemen.
