Hart
Aurier Sanchez Tanganga Davies
Winks Lo Celso
Dele
Bale Vinícius Moura

That team should be good enough for the 3 points. The whole squad will be on the bench so can call them if needed if things don't go to plan.

With a victory we would be classified. You have to secure the game and then replace Kane, Hojberg, Dier. My team: Hart, Aurier, Dier, Sánchez, Davies, Hojberg, Winks, Lo Celso, Lucas, Bale, Kane.

With Jose caught between needing to hammer home the importance of Thursday whilst juggling team with Chelsea in mind I think Hugo will start.

Just realised Chelsea are playing today so have an extra couple of days to prepare for Sunday. So I fully expect wholesale changes on Thursday which is our easiest game of the group.

The problem with picking Tanganga is that he had an injury that he worked and recovered from, and then he picked up a new recent injury. Which leads me to believe that you wouldn't really want to risk him on Thursday if it's not extremely necessary. In reality, the sole thing messing it up for us is Doherty testing positive for Covid.

There are worries that Ludogorets could struggle to ‘complete their squad’ for Thursday’s Europa League game, after 2 players tested positive for COVID-19 and there could also be more positive tests. [SportLive]

Would be great if we just got awarded 3 points and didn't have to play lol

Defo, otherwise they get 2 days more rest than us. Just isn't fair

Double edged sword though these games are also useful for keeping squad players in rhythm and match sharp for when they are needed. As well as keeping the squad happy it works both ways. Its a home game so no travel and he can have the squad working on Chelsea prep anyway as this game shouldn't require any tactical changes/plans as we should be dictating the game to them.

Also its lockdown so the more Spurs are on TV the better haha!

Even if ludogorets end up fielding their u21 team, I’d rather we still had the fixture. Bale, Vinicius, Lamela, Lucas, Bergwijn, Lo Celso, Dele, Davies, Tanganga, Hart, they could all do with at least some action for different reasons. All the training ground time in the world can’t replace competitive action.

It’s not as if we need to travel for it.

This is my view too. How many first teamers will really play? This may sound complacent but even if we're not doing well and we need to being the cavalry on, they'll only be there for (worst case) 45 mins.

This is fine - it's no bad thing

Because Uefa deem the English and Welsh FA as two different associations.
Stictly speaking UEFA don't deem it, the English and Welsh FA's do, they insist on being seperate with seperate international teams despite being in the same country.

I think Jose will go strong to put it to bed, so a fair few to answer your question.

I'd rather see the game go ahead, if only for Sanchez to get some game time before he returns to PL action.
Many others need minutes too. Starting with Bale.
On a different note, perennial winners Sevilla won't win the Europa this season. They just made the knockout rounds of the Champions League.
