Hmm. No. There are some great managers who have had successful playing careers - Fabio Capello for one - but the fact is, in Europe/South America, clubs are not limited to picking managers who have already had success as players. If you're going to limit yourself in that way, you're clearly not going to get the best quality.So as we all have no playing credentials we all would be good managers!
