Just on way home - what a day. Firstly so lucky to be there -it was incredible and honestly you could just feel the joy from the fans and players. Secondly what a team performance. They all left everything out there.
When the time comes for you all just go regardless of the game - 2000 ecstatic people feel like 20000 and you’ll be buzzing afterwards.

Did you have a leather/sheepskin jacket on ? I saw one lass there quite a lot behind the goal

That was a banana skin today, they were bang up for it. They knew a win would turn their season around and we brushed them aside. Can't say I enjoyed the second half much (although I enjoyed some of the awesome defensive work from Toby and Aurier especially) but looking back we had them at arms length the whole game. Hugo hardly had a save to make. It was just endless crosses.

Two incredible goals and a fantastic team effort to see it out.

Sitting top and that lot can take their 30 odd crosses to console them down in 15th!

Great time to be a Spurs fan!

For those pundits complaining we're boring and one-dimensional, to wit:

Spurs are currently JOINT-SECOND in the league in "goals for" with 23.

Spurs are currently JOINT-FIRST in the league in "goals against" with 9.

Spurs are currently JOINT-FIRST in the league in "goal differential" with 14.

That's dominance. That's balance. No wonder we're top of the league.

They had a lot of the ball, but I was never really worried about them scoring. Like you said, we had them at arms length.

Berweijn may not have scored today but he had a great game. Worked his socks off front and back.
May not have scored?

It makes it harder to stomach when they refused to give us any praise when we obliterated United at Old Trafford.

One time we genuinely deserved all round praise and they focused on United instead.

Ppl should stop watching them

The West Ham 3-3 reminds me of when we beat Jose’s Chelsea team 5-3 and he changed the system, got the team tighter and went on to win the league

3 Weeks ago I would have taken these results so I am chuffed. Cant say I enjoy the possession allowed the opposition though, has me on edge and cant I relax and enjoy any stage of the game.

Good to see Aurier silencing the gammon with another fine performance. Get him tied down to a new deal ASAP.

I figured we'd score a couple more in the second half, but Jose told them to just defend. Its kinda boring to watch but I have to admire him - he knows how to see out a game.

Superb again. I just dunno where people are getting that we’re boring to watch. Second most goals in the league, we had more shots on target today for all of Sky’s huffing.

I really enjoy watching us play when we’re like that tbh. How can you not enjoy a game plan perfectly executed? It’s when we’re aimless I hate it.

Everyone busting their nuts inbetween some absolute worldly goals is my kind of boring

I understand what your saying and I think its because we're fans, we'll enjoy the winning more than the spectacle. However if you were neutral you would probably take watching Leeds over us for example, no mater what your facts say.

I'd like to take this opportunity to completely reverse my opinion on Aurier, Dier and Lloris. I'd basically written them off but they've all been absolutely magnificent these season. Special word for sissoko as well who always seems to turn up in the big games.

If Lloris was fit, it would be one thing. But he is out and Jose’s favored deputy for him cant make a save for his life. Arsenal dont even have to play well now. Even if the outfield players do their jobs, any shot on target from them is most likely going to be a goal. We’re going to suffer a pretty heavy defeat.
I really regret not creating a list of all the things you've said/predicted over the years that were wrong whilst I was bored during lockdown. I probably could've turned into a book and sold it.

If every team played like Jose’s team we would all stop watching football. I hated when we lost to ultra negative teams who would score from their 1 chance. But that’s how we play now and I hate it. I wonder what we will do against Palace who play the same way.

Unbeaten since the first game of the season, 4 clean sheets in a row(3 of those against fellow big 6 rivals), second highest goal scorers, best defensive record and top of the table for 3 straight weeks. I guess some people are just too hard to please!

I cant understand the moaning about pundits and commentators, who cares what they say. Their comments dont really influence whether we win or lose. There have been some with very positive comments, some with negative. Why cant you guys allow people to have their opinions without the 'everyone is against us' attitude?
